Fantastic hosts, room 1 was on the top floor, seemed to be recently decorated with marble floors, white rendered interior, balcony, air conditioning and satellite tv. Small kitchenette was available though we didn't use it at all given all the great local food! Location was close to city centre and beach, yet quiet enough to have a calm and relaxing stay. Room had room service each day and the whole property was spot-less

Zas Studios is a very nice accomodation to stay in Naxos Town. It is located 100 m away from the center and 100 m from St George beach, and just a 10 minute walk from the port and bus station. We stayed in the studio with a garden. The studio is very clean and good equipped. There is a enough shadow on the terrace for a breakfast and a glass of wine in the evening. The owners - a fantastic host couple - did everything they could to make our stay comfortable, and they really succeeded! Thank you very much Nikos and Maria. We will definitely come back soon!

My husband and I stayed in the garden room for two nights, and found the facilities to be the best in our month of travelling around the Greek Islands. The photos on the website do not do it justice. The room was impeccably clean and tidy, modern, and everything worked. Nikos and Maria are a wonderful young couple, and we wish them ever success, they deserve it. Zas Studios surprised us very positively and more than lived up to our expectations. A fantastic host couple who in our opinion did everything they could to make our stay something extra and they really succeeded !! A typical Greek studio in central Naxos. Located in narrow streets with no direct view but with a perfect location, quiet and no disturbing sounds in any form. Our rating will be 10 out of 10 possible. Big thanks Maria & Nikolaos!

We have stayed with Maria and Nikos for the last 3 years, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The studios are spotlessly clean, well located, excellent facilities and fantastic value. We even plan the rest of our holiday around staying here.

Nikos and Maria were extremely welcoming and accommodating, allowing us flexibility on checking in and out. The studios are really well located just a short walk from the main town, port and the beach. The room was really clean and well maintained with everything we needed. Would love to stay again!

Me and my boyfriend have been visiting Zas studios for the last 2 years and we still love it. Clean and fresh rooms. Close to everything: beaches, restaurants, cafes, mini markets and other activities. Really nice and helpful hosts. Quiet area.

Zas studios exceeded my expectations. The location is ideal. It's close to a great beach and the centre of town. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were super helpful. They made terrific recommendations and arranged a boat tour for us. I would definitely recommend zas studios.
