With two young children and our second time taking them skiing we paid the extortionate prices Mark Warner commanded as we expected the quality we had paid for. How wrong we were. Considering they pride themselves on catering for children it appeared they hadn't done it before. Not only was the extra £200 they demanded just after Christmas an insult...

The Hotel is warm and very friendly. The rooms are large and comfortable. It is a ski in and out hotel. Bus's go to the main centre every 15 minutes or so. Food is excellent the chef offers a good selection and is happy to accommodate vegan, lactose free etc. Plus the free wine with evening meals, I am a...

We got back a week ago from a Mark Warner holiday there and generally thought it wasn't up to scratch and was over priced. For the positives, the rooms were available on arrival and were clean and comfortable, although there was no storage or shelf space in the bathroom. On the negatives, the evening food was not well prepared or...

I have traveled with MW for 17 years and approx 25 holidays. This was without doubt the most disappointing. The evening meal was distinctly average, the wine cheap quality, the service poor and the manager ineffective and disinterested, ( we even had to prompt her on the welcome speech, and had I not been there many times before, I wouldn't...

I have travelled with Mark Warner for a number of years and my views are shared by other guests who stayed at this hotel last week. It is clear that MW have cut corners in both service and quality. The standard of evening food/ wine is just adequate. Having said that breakfast and tea are very good. I would agree...

We had a good weeks skiing but we were a little disappointed with the chalet for the following reasons; 1 despite the fact that the French do not allow guiding arny more there has always...

I have to agree with all the previous comments. We were also here during Christmas week. Food was excellent, Christmas meal exceptional. All the staff were helpful, cheerful and maintained an interest throughout the week. They also went out of their way in the dining room to make all guests inclusive, encouraging groups to integrate during the evening meals. The...

Just spent Christmas week at this hotel and had a wonderful time. This hotel is on the side of the piste, and ski in / ski out is possible. The staff were friendly and efficient, the hotel was clean and warm, food was excellent, and, there was always plenty of hot water for baths and showers at the end of...

This hotel was fairly low cost probably because it was a little dated & in need of refirb. The room was overlooking the slope(you could touch the snow) the room was clean & bright & of a good size with an extra bed(single & double) The food was quite good, buffet breakfast, afternoon tea & a 3 course evening meal. Our friends...

If you are considering this hotel please be aware that theft is a big issue here. Rooms have been entered by someone either with keys or having stolen keys from reception (very poor security here) and money has been stolen from a number of rooms year on year. Mark Warner have not done anything to improve security here despite it...
