We stayed for a week this year in early April. We were with Inghams and the only ones booking in at that time. Our transfer from Chambery involved 3 bus/coaches the last taking us the short distance to the hotel. Inghams rated the hotel a 4* but it's clearly a 3* on the Hotel door. The reception staff were welcoming...

Probably the best placed hotel in Meribel for access to the slopes - and at the foot of the village. Great food,.... actually more like amazing food. Completely stuffed every evening:-) The hotel facilities are excellent, and the outdoor pool, sauna and hot tub were the envy of all those whom walked past. The rooms are very small, but you're...

Even if we tried we could not have found a better location. The hotel is perfectly situated for the primary attraction - skiing. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are small but very well maintained and the breakfast was very good, more than sufficient. If I had any complaints it would be that there is no mechanism...

Several years since last stay but never the less felt the same welcome on arrival with nothing too much trouble. The rooms were a good standard, very comfortable beds, toilet room a little tired, breakfast - self service was excellent with huge choice. Not many guests probably due to lack of snow, but the very efficient, friendly and courteous evening...

The rooms in the hotel are quite small but clean and well maintained. As usual ski hotel charge a premium and L'eterlou is not an exception, i.e. price to value ratio is average. The staff at reception and the bar was good and they spoke good English, which is not common even in Meribel. The hotel is well located near...

We enjoyed our holiday in Meribel. Hotel l'eterlou 's location and hygiene is good but especially in the lobby bar, they have very rude and disrespectful staff. It was a very unpleasant experience. If they treat their customer more friendly and respectful, their reputation would be better

Got to hotel at 7.30 in the morning after traveling on the hellish ski train. Were unable to check in until 5.30 pm that afternoon! Rooms are tiny and bath room soaps and shampoos are not replenished. Staff are helpful and the pool, spa and suna are great after a day on the slopes, breakfast is ok as well

A typical alpine hotel all pine cladding etc., close to main lifts, you can see the lifts in the distance from the front of hotel. The food and staff were absolutely faultless, we had breakfast and dinner included and although the breakfast was simple with no frills it was all very good, and the dinners were as you would expect...
