This hotel is ok but.. the room is small even by the standard of roadside hotels and this hotel tends to be a little more expensive. Other matters are good location next to supermarket with Restaurants (cheap) and Cheap fuel. Would stay again but will try elsewhere in 2017

This is definitely a great choice for an overnight stop for Le Shuttle, low cost, clean, warm and friendly. However It is not somewhere I would stay for a much longer time. It is a typical "Budget" hotel, everything you need at a rock bottom price without any frills. The only down size for me was the size of the... More

We have stayed here a few times on our way to and fro between UK and France. It's a bit worn and in need of refurbishment, but for the price and location is perfectly adequate. The staff are very friendly and there is a surprisingly good restaurant, although that isn't open at weekends. Good quality breakfast, too. UK tellybox stations,... More

Being close to the Eurotunnel terminal this is a hotel that I have stayed in frequently and one of the biggest disappointments has always been the selection of meals available in the evening. Since my last visit earlier in the year this has changed. The buffet looked far more appetising with the addition of a selection of four hot dishes... More

A good basic hotel and very convenient for the Channel Tunnel. I don't imagine many people stay here for more than an overnight stop on their trip so you will not be looking for 5 star luxury. The bedroom and bathroom had everything that you would expect and need though it was not at all spacious. Not important for an... More

Nice clean room, near euro tunnel, breakfast good and will serve early if you are getting a early train. Good size bathroom with bath as well as shower. We had a ground floor room so easy access to the car.

Our room at the back of the hotel was clean and gave us a good nights sleep so no frills and no complaints. Finding it involved navigating round a number of featureless roundabouts around city europe but its situated in a nice quiet suburb so is convenient either before or after using the tunnel. The wifi connection was poor and... More

We've stayed here before and thought it needed an update, but a couple of years have passed and it's still the same. There was a definite shortage of staff. The man on reception had no help and had to check clients in, be barman, serve food and deal with room queries but still he kept a smile on his face.... More

We normally use the B&B's but they were crazy prices due to all the police & CRS staying. The Kyriad offered a much better deal. Easy to find and plenty of good secure parking with a large gate that closes at night. They have a restaurant though we didn't use it. The rooms are small but no smaller than @... More

We stayed here on our way to Disneyland Paris. Found it fairly easily after getting of the EuroTunnel. I booked 2 double rooms as we are a family of 4 and they didn't offer family rooms. We were in 2 interconnecting rooms as they noticed we had young children on our booking which was fantastic. The hotel is dated and... More
