Our deluxe room was in the annex, which has 4 rooms. The room and bathroom were both very large. There was a bath, no shower, which was disappointing. The room was tastefully decorated and there is a pretty sitting area out back. The room was too warm, even though it was 15 degrees outside. The room is right on top of a cobblestone side street which may be noisy during the week. There was no Wifi in the room. The person showing us the room said that Wifi in Montfort is not strong. However, the Wifi 3 meters from our door was quite good. The real problem is that the hotel needs to install extender/booster equipment so the signal can reach the entire room.
I had a room with terrasse My car was in the inside closed parking The bed was very confortable The breakfast was delicious - machines for fresh orange juice and differents coffees / fresh nutsbread (yummy) - 2 different cake - also outside breakfast. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Had a great experience here in 2018 and stayed again for a few nights in 2019 as part of our trip. The hotel has changed hands in the meantime and this time we were not in the main part of the hotel but in another building about 150m away which had it's own separate garden. It was lovely and the service, cleanliness, room size, friendliness and the breakfasts were great. It is a little more expensive than other hotels in the area, but the location and rooms made up for it - it is a great town
Stayed here for a business event. I have mixed feelings about my stay. Upon late arrival after a very long trip with delay of my flight and one hour in the taxi, I got a kind of unfriendly welcome and speech from the person at reception that ‘I should have called’ and he had almost closed the reception. Great welcome when you are very tired and know that you will be staying somewhere for a couple of days 😬 Then, I got the smallest room since a very long time (I travel weekly) which turned out to be very noisy next to reception. 🤨 Lunch every day was superb: I can recommend this place for that! 😋 All in all I find it unbelievable that hotel staff put there own frustration above customer orientation and I will never want to be in such a small room again. 👎
I stayed in this hotel with my boyfriend's golf team for a trip overseas and it was wonderful! The hotel is beautiful and is in the center of a lovely town that we enjoyed exploring. It truly gave us the French country feel. Our hotel room was clean and cozy. The staff was exceptional! They accommodated our every need and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area!
