We ended up here because it was late, we have been traveling for 22 days, my husband had been driving for hours and wasn't feeling well so I had to pick SOMETHING! This hotel looked pretty nice from the outside, was quite large, meaning they must have a room available so we just took a room without checking it out....

Hotel with an outdoor pool, ideal in summer, but too crowdy on warm days. The river the Ourthe passes next to the garden, you can swim there as well, and it's less crowded. Now and then a canoe passes by. It's a little outdated, but still all comfort is present. We stayed there on very warm days and with no...

I didn't choose the hotel myself but I was quite disappointed by the uncomfortable beds. The interior is very basic and seems to date from 1990. The location is beautiful of course and the terrace is a nice place to have a drink in the afternoon... Coming back to the hotel at 22:30 I had to endure the loud music...

Stayed here overnight whilst passing through. Biker friendly. Helpful staff. Nice spacious bedrooms and very comfy bed. Only had breakfast which was good and plentiful. Good location in lovely grounds.

We spent 3 days in one of the small but cozy apartments offered by the Hotel Floreal. The apartments are situated 50 meters from the entrance of the hotel and all have a parking spot in front of them. They are well furnished with everything you might need to spend your time in La Roche. Great value for money, especially...

Basically Floreal offers 2 "formulas": apartments or hotel. We opted for the last one. Rooms (for 4 people) are clean and offer rather basic comfort. Breakfast was OK. Staff at the reception was friendly. La Roche and its surroundings are quiet, peaceful and above all impressive: overwheming beauty of nature. All in all we would score this hotel:3.5 points, but considering the...

We travelled as part of a coach party of thirty people. The hotel itself is very pleasant although the rooms are very under furnished, no dressing table, chest of drawers or bedside cabinets. No handwash in the bathroom, just a small tablet of soap and no tissues, there was also a terrible smell from the drains in the evenings and...

Late October really seems to be the time to visit! I imagine La Roche gets invaded (of sorts) in the summer months, but aside from a smattering of Dutch families (I believe it was their half term too), we pretty much had the place to ourselves. What's more, the explosion of colours was staggering, with every tree showing every imaginable...

I attended here at the start of September 2015 with a group of friends having travelled from the UK as part of a 1600 mile trip. We had stayed here some time before and throughly enjoyed it. The stay at the start of September is detailed by Tom G who also gave it negative. As I always like to give...

Myself and my wife stayed at this hotel this week with some friends while exploring the regions history in WW2. The hotel is a stone built early 20th century building set next to the river and a short 15 minute walk from the town. Ample parking can be found at the front of the building although I can imagine it...
