Stayed here for one night and had such a friendly welcome by the owner. The room was great with air con and a very comfortable bed. We wanted a take away, so the owner walked us to the take away and back which we were very appreciative of. We had a lovely stay here and I would highly recommend it....

This is my first review ever, but I was so unsatisfied with the service received at this hotel that I had to share. The hotel is very close to the city centre and it's relatively clean. However, if you have the room on the side of the street, you will not be able to sleep! The street seems very quite,...

Reserved a couple of rooms here for two nights on forehand (already a couple of months ago). When we arrived they told me that they remodelled all the rooms. I don't know exactly what they did, but I had reserved 6 rooms, and they ended up having only 5. Not 5 available, 5 in total. Or they didn't tell me...

I paid 30 dollars for a single room with a fan. The room was small and clean, but I don't feel it was worth 30 dollar. What threw me over the edge about this place was that it advertised a free breakfast and when I tried to order I was told that I had to pay 4 dollars for it....

Very comfortable and friendly hotel very close to the center of Granada. There are a few rooms with different sizes and configurations of beds, making it comfortable for groups of friends or families. Staff was very helpful and took care o everything we needed, including a private taxi to the airport. Great food in the morning, very clean, enjoyed everything....

Breakfast is really good, a very typical Nicaraguan food. The room was very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is not A/C only two fans, so the price is right! The location is excellent very close to center of the city. I would go again for sure!

The only good thing about this place is the location, But there's a lot of hostels and hotels Around the area With a better price. It has no air conditioning, they gave us a room for two with private bathroom, But the bathroom didn't have a door! And the room was rigth next to the Kitchen, so it was very...

Granada is the most beautiful city in Nicaragua, so you cannot find a hotel cheaper than this one. The only plus of El Familiar is the price. I would not call this place hotel, it is more like a guesthouse. Everything is very very basic. There is no AC, only fan; there is no door between a room and bathroom/toilet,...
