We stayed here for the start of our honeymoon. The room is stunning and very well kept. We arrived late at night and were met by the owner who couldn't have been more helpful. The room included a free breakfast at the Garden Cafe which is a treat in itself. The location is awesome for exploring the city. We would... More

We spent the first part of our honeymoon here and had a great time. The room is spacious and the included breakfast is amazing. Be advised that it's pretty loud since the door opens up to the street. If you're not a light sleeper, you'll be good to go!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Alcoba and found our hosts to be charming and extremely helpful. They helped to coordinate transportation during our trip throughout Nicaragua, not just during our time in Granada. The room was beautiful and the location could not have been better. The included breakfast was delicious. We cannot wait to return!

Lucked out that someone backed out and I managed to stay 2 nights at this Bed and Breakfast. Beautiful room, grreat location. Choice of breakfast at Garden Cafe, we loved the Nicaraguan tamale like breakfast, I can't recall the name. Owners are very friendly and helpful as are the staff.

The best part of our 12 days in Nicaragua were the three days we spent in the beautiful room attached to the Garden Cafe. We were in awe when we walked in and saw the beauty and simplicity of this room. It became our refuge at the end of our long days of exploring. The staff at the Garden Cafe... More

We recently spent time at this fantastic place in the middle of Granada. Extremely clean, welcoming and comfortable - it felt more like home than anything. Within walking distance of a lot of what Granada has to offer. Breakfast in the morning at the Garden Cafe', included in the price of the room, was the perfect start to the day... More

Clean, delightfully appointed, easy access to all of Granada. Great food at the Garden Cafe. Wonderfully friendly, experienced and helpful staff. Best we have experienced in Central America.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
"La Alcoba de Cervantes" is part of a beautiful century old Spanish colonial building located right in the historical center of Granada. This spacious B&B is one of the few places where you can stay in Granada and get the actual feel for what a Spanish colonial bedroom is. Beautiful high cane ceilings, amazing thick adobe walls and centenary wooden beams are just a few of the charms that the Alcoba has to offer.
