This little guesthouse has a cool vibe and is perfectly located right in the heart of Granada a few feet from the central square and the magnificent cathedral. Gerry, the owner, is friendly and trustworthy. He knows well Granada and Nicaragua and provides useful information, advices and recommendations. The rooms are located around a small courtyard occupied by a tiny...

Stayed here for 3 nights over the Easter weekend and absolutely loved it. Thanks to Gerry for being a great host and imparting lots of tips and advice on enjoying the city. The hotel itself is in a good location moments from the cathedral and central square (though still remarkably quiet), room was a good size and had lots of...

I loved everything about this hotel. We had a great room, in a safe location. We had multiple working fans, and a nice shower. There was a pool we could use 24/7, and all the free cereal we could eat. There's a full kitchen/fridge/freezer you can use. Gerry is amazing - he recommended a ton of restaurants, and gave great...

Good situated hotel 30 meters from plaza central. Price is absolutely correct with free coffee/tea and corn flakes in the morning. Gerry is very helpful as are the other staff. Room 9 is perfect for 3 persons.

This is an excellent budget choice for travelers to Granada. Gerry bills his hotel as a "home away from home" and it really does deliver on that promise, with beer on the honor system, a popcorn machine guests are free to use, a laptop available for guests' use and a very helpful proprietor. We stayed 3 nights and would definitely...

The location is excellent, near the center of the city. The hotel itself is lovely with a small pool for the hot days! There is a kitchen with coffee every morning, and you can make whatever you want. There are also bikes, which you may want to ride to visit the isletas in Granada. The owner is great, very knowledgeable...

Friends of ours raved about this place when we told them we were visiting Granada. After checking out their site and others in Granada, we went with Casa del Agua. Gerry was easy to reach by email and always responded promptly and honestly. The layout of the home centered around a courtyard with a pool reminded us of the riads...

Located just steps from the Central Plaza and all the great restaurants and nightlife of Granada. The pool is the perfect place to cool off from the Nicaraguan heat during the day. We paid for the AC and it was worth it to us. Gerry is a most gracious host with a wealth of recommendations that you should pay attention...

You can book a room with your eyes closed. Only a few steps away from the center, rooms are wide and clean. The very gentle owner provides you with litterally all the information you need! A romantic place with nice and quiet pool in the center of the hotel.

Our room at Casa Del Agua was nice, large & very comfortable. There was a breeze coming across our room, a ceiling fan and a plug in fan. It was so comfortable that we didn't even turn on the regular fan (amazing considering the crazy hot temperatures in Nica). The bathroom sparkling and had consistent hot water. The pool was...
