This oasis in Grenada I almost don't want to review. The owner did a great job making it feel charming and tropical. Breakfast was expertly prepared by wonderful women who served with a smile. The owner helped with planning and side trips as we needed and was a great help with everything we asked. 5 star service in beautiful Nica.

We chose Miss Margrit's primarily because it was located a bit outside of downtown Granada. We wanted to be away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area but close enough to walk to town. Miss Margrit's is about 6-7 minutes from downtown and it's as quiet as I expected. The house is stunning - lots of great colonial... More

We liked Granada. But we loved Miss Margrit's. English manager Chris and his team were very helpful and friendly and we felt very comfortable with our young daughter, Betty here. The room was very nice, clean and comfy. The colonial building that makes up the guest house is beautiful and very well kept. We felt at home and met some... More

My husband and I just returned from 6 nights at Miss Margrits. We were attending a week of Spanish classes at Casa Xalteva, only a block away. Miss Margrits was what we had hoped for - a perfect combination of Nicaraguan style and culture, plus the comfort of a clean, cool room, lovely people and great breakfast. Chris also helped... More

My teenage son and I loved our 3-night stay here. The location is close enough to walk to the Parque Central, but far away enough to feel quiet and peaceful. Our room was large and clean, and the bathroom was immaculate. The a/c and fan cooled the room down quickly. It was great having access to a kitchen - I... More

Miss Margrits is the perfect respite in beautiful, colonial Granada. The host was super helpful in getting our layout of the city and suggesting delicious local fare. The home itself has been lovingly restored with a modern feel, yet attentive to classical design. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the air conditioning in the rooms were perfect during the balmy... More

Miss Margrits is truly wonderful! Beautifully decorated huge colonial rooms with wooden floor. Wonderful outdoor shower. It has a lovely pool and garden, great to relax after sightseeing Granada. Chris is wonderful & very helpful. Location is good, you can walk to all the main sites of interest. Good breakfast. It's hard to leave this awesome place.

Really nice really hospitable family run hotel down on the edge of the town centre. A great place to relax or take a break from the heat of Granada. There's a really great communal feel to the hotel where you are free to cook your own food and come and go as you please. They also were helpful in arranging... More

Stylish rooms (Shower looks like a romantic jungle), very clean and spacious. The owner Chris is very, very kind. We arrived one night too early because we were mistaken by our date of arrival, because of the other timezone. He let us stay in his private house, which was never used before because it was brand new. It looked like... More
