Hola "Springfield", for specific dates, booking ahead at least one month in advance is a very good idea. The best month depends so much on the traveller... daytime temps are consistently in the 30sC 90sF/ nighttime 20sC 70sF. "green season brings with it a chance of rain" 3-5 days out of a country stay of 10 allows you to get a taste of Granada and the faraway nearby like volcanos Mombacho and Masaya, Laguna de Apoyo and las isletas (the archipelago of islets on Granada's shore) We do have properties on both Ometepe and in San Juan del Sur that we would recommend to round out your Nicaragua experience... buen viaje en Nicaragua
