Great stay at this hotel. Such a relaxed atmosphere and family friendly . We stayed for over three weeks here and the owners were really helpful and friendly. On top of this the food was amazing, they have a selection of western food that is real top quality and the thai food was great aswell. One of the owners Eddie drove me and my girlfriend to the east side of the island so we could cycle there and then offered to drive us back. Great stay and met some great people. Would highly recommend this place which is directly on the beautiful white sand beach, with no sand flies.

We are on our fourth day at 15 Palms with another three to go and could happily stay forever. Coming from Australia then Singapore we had been travelling for a week and were super stressed. The minute we arrived we were told to relax, drop our bags and make ourselves at home. It’s been that way ever since.
Everything is so perfectly managed here and despite the ravages of Covid, clever management has kept this place buzzing whilst 90% of the islands businesses have been decimated.
Food and atmosphere are outstanding, there is absolutely no need to go anywhere else and we are foodies and love street food. The staff go above and beyond and keep the resort humming and a destination for everybody staying on the island.
The two story mezzanine rooms are an absolute treat for families we have privacy but are all in together. It’s the ultimate Thailand holiday, we are thrilled to be staying here and encourage everybody to come here and spend their money in the local community.

First time on Koh Chang, the small hotel guest is well kept, well run by very friendly staff, the owner an Australia champ was often seen and clearly has a very good business head. Rooms are of very good standard, swimming pool lovely and clean, the rooms offer a view of the white sandy beach and crystal clear blue sea which was like stepping into a bath.
The food was very good, little more pricey than some options in White Sands, but this isn’t a street food style guest house.
My only complaint was one male member of staff using a large stick to hit and scare the beach dogs from the beach,,, I found these dogs to be both friendly and no problem, but I guess some guests may find the dogs a worry, maybe not the best way to move the dogs on though.

Heavily talked up all over the Internet we booked 3 nights here for a beach break. On arrival the staff were slow and uninterested during check in. The room was nice but smelt of damp. The owners are aware of this because there were 3 airfresheners in our bathroom. After our first night our room was not cleaned the next day. Upon enquiring that afternoon we learnt that if we wanted fresh towels and the room cleaned etc that we should have put a hanging sign on the room door. Fine, but tell us on check in or have a note in the room to that effect. There was a whiff of using environmental impacts as an excuse for no cleaning. You have to get up early to get a beach chair under the tree for some shade. Would like to suggest that 15 Palms manage the allocation of beach chairs for their residents. Restaurant is overpriced and the Thai food beyond poor. We had 2 curries which were more like watery soup. It's a place to eat Sunday lunch. Staff although good at what they do lacked that Thai smile and attentiveness. Quite often the bar area filled with expats. Nothing wrong with that in the right place but for a beachside family/couples orientated hotel perhaps should be reconsidered?

Just checked in 3 hours ago and I'm absolutely amazed at this place.
We have a family room which gives us a small room upstairs and a bedroom area with a balcony with a sea view and pool view.
The bar is brilliant, right on the beach. We had food when we arrived, which was first class.
We stayed in Koh Chang years ago at the AWA resort, we enjoyed it but wanted to try somewhere different.
The value for money for 15 palms is actually unbelievable. I feel like I've robbed the owner getting it for around £35 a night.
My wife and I are so happy with this choice. If your in any doubt where to stay on Koh Chang, make sure you consider here.

This was the second time I had stayed here,also stayed November 2017.Rooms are immaculate, split level rooms with gallery are extra but amazing views of the sunset.The food is excellent and very reasonably priced,and from smoothies,coffee,beer and cocktails the drinks are great.Peopke come from all over to eat and drink here,has a very good reputation and rightly so. The staff are really friendly and helpful,I can't wait to go back🙃😎😎

Me and my wife are travelling in Koh Chang, staying at different hotels. We stayed 3 nights at 15 Palms and I am really amazed of this hotel. Great staff that are really friendly and helpful, always with a smile on the face! Great food and a great location at White Sand Beach.. Probably the best beach on the island! The rooms are really modern and confortable.. we paid for a deluxe room and got a bigger, 2 floor, family room with great view over the pool and beach instead.

15 Palms is my favourite hotel in Ko Chang, 4th time I have stayed here.Best setting/location on the island. Paradise. Very popular with tourists, locals and ex-pats alike due to the amazing staff,beautiful clean rooms and ambient atmosphere. The food(great selection if Thai and western)and drinks(from coffees-shakes-smoothies and cocktails)are very reasonably priced and renound island wide and beyond!Thank you Tony and team,see yous next time 😎🙏🙈

What a great resort! This small spot has very nice rooms, a great beach front location, and a stunning restaurant. All of the rooms are a 30 second walk to the water.
I tend to judge hotels/resorts by their staff, this team is second to none. Very attentive, friendly and commit your favorites to memory very quickly.
If you are looking for a comfortable hotel in a great location on Koh Chang, you should consider 15 Palms. The staff and location are amazing.

My favourite hotel on my favourite island in my favourite country in the whole world. I don’t know what else you need. White sand, clear blue sea, fabulous Thai and European food, cocktails, beers, fresh cocktails, coffee shop, ice cream parlour,deckchairs pool, the rooms are VERY nice 👌🏻

Totally finished. Have been coming to 15 Palms for over 10 years and the rooms are transformed. The old rooms were demolished and replaced with 8 brand new rooms. They have added a small pool which is great for kids and the restaurant has an expended outside area. More like a boutique resort now.

There are more places to choose from in the Ko Chang area.
