The hotel is very outdated as to reception, room and overall experience. Location of our room on beach and poolside. Therefor noisy untill 12 Pm due to...

This is the second time I've Been to Koh Chang - 8 day stay over Christmas. Really enjoyable 7 of us - family with teenage kids. Perfect location- the young guy who works in reception took the time to set all our phones up for Wi fi in our rooms - clean rooms - fridge restocked with water everyday -...

We stayed here for 2 nights after moving next door from the KC Grande as it was much cheaper. For what we paid it was clean and in an awesome location. We weren't on the beachside which looked better and saves crossing the road to get to the pool and beach. Breakfast was average. Overall it is a cheap option...

I had stayed here twice previously, some years ago. The hotel is definitely aged now. It is very basic and far from luxurious. The room smelled musky, but this is not surprising as it is off high season and Koh Chang has high humidity. However the hotel is in a great location. The hotel is in two parts; one part on the...

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Cookies . Must say it has the best location on White Sands Beach, however, the rooms are in need renovation. The breakfast ,which is included, has not changed in 5 years. Same old cold Thai dishes, plus omelettes or fried eggs. It gets a bit boring if you stay a week or...

I had visited this hotel with my daughter over 10 years ago. Good memories so chose to go back. On a positive note the location is fantastic, the hotel is split in two. One area is on the beach, the other is on the other side of the road. I had a poolside near the beach room, outside the scene...

The family room we booked was huge but was in the main part of the hotel which was over the road to the smaller part of the hotel which is where the swimming pool and beach area are. The hotel certainly needs upgrading or at least the main part does I cannot say for the rest of the hotel. Whilst...

We spent 3 nights here during Songkran in April 2016. The hotel has two sections seperated by the main road. Parking was hard to find in this busy area. We were lucky to get in before Songkran to find a place to park our car. We stayed in a room over looking the pool. The room was old but clean....
