It was just an OKAY stay. The hotel room is not as expected. Beds are very small for families as well as its space. Hotel staff are Okay (reception) not so friendly but the housekeeping is helpful. The hotel is always busy because of their convention halls with too many events everyday. It is only good for meetings, conference and...

The place and the room is clean. It is centrally located, the front desk is efficient, although our problem is their parking area, after 10 or 11 pm they close the entrance from the parking lot to the hotel, we need to walk outside of the street to go to the hotel and i feel that it was not safe.

Place is easily accessible to many establishments, including the barter trade market. My room is clean but quite small and with small window. With small room comes a much smaller bathroom, as to be expected. I was there as trainer to a seminar and function halls are adequate with crew being attentive to the participants' needs.

We were invited as resource speakers at the Annual Program Implementation Review of the Regional Epidemiolgy and Surveillance Unit of the Department of Health Regional Office IX. We stayed there for a week and the experience was fantastic. It has a simple but elegant design that projects the city's Spanish heritage. The room was ok exept for the window view...

I have nothing to say when it comes to their rooms. The room given to me is clean and the location is peaceful. But maybe the service is quite annoying. I stayed for for four nights. In the morning after my first night, I asked a guy from housekeeping who is cleaning the other room while watching NBA finals to...

I stay in Grand Astoria whenever I'm in Zamboanga mainly because of it's location and function rooms. It's centrally located in one of the main roads and one can easily get a tricycle or walk around to eat or buy things. There is a Chinese restaurant right beside the hotel which specializes in Abalone. The hotel has a new tower...

This is where me and my family always stays. It is one of the older hotels though they recelty bought and renovated the building beside it, now called Astoria 2. I have stayed on both and last time I brought visitors and they were initially worried but when we got there they were impressed. It is not cheap but also...

Asked for an upgrade and we got it without a problem. The room we got was big (can probably fit 3-4 extra beds.), bed sheets are soft and can be replaced every day along with fresh towels. Heated water is available, and there's a water dispenser right outside the room. The cons: A few (1-4) would hsow up in the...

I stayed for 3 nights and had a great experience. The room is clean. The staffs are kind. They just need to improve their wifi connection. If you have a trip to Zamboanga, Astoria is a great place to stay! ☺ Overall the stay was satisfactory! 👍👍👍
