My wife booked a two-night stay based on the strength of Trip Advisor reviews. What we found was somewhat different than what we saw on the inn's website. The property itself is nice enough, but is located in a run-down neighborhood (vacant businesses, abandoned homes). Roughly a block off Route 13--a busy thoroughfare--road noise was audible in our room at...

says it all. Don't expect modern, upscale, but very charming and friendly. Great backyard to walk the dog. We had to leave early, so can't comment on breakfast, but look forward to returning again. Comfortable bed and very quiet location. Lots of small amenities. Not a lot of restaurants nearby, but loved the Crusty Crab 6 or 7 away. All...

Great stop on our trip through eastern shore. We highly recommend this B&B. Comfortable room, very nice surroundings and warm reception by owner and staff. We enjoyed our visit and this stop was a highlight of our trip.

My husband and I along with our 2 Labrador retrievers had a lovely stay at the Garden and Sea Inn. We stayed in the beautiful and comfortable Sandpiper room which has a shared screened porch. The host gives every thoughtful detail to comfort of both human and dog guests. Plus our breakfast of stuffed french toast, bacon, homemade yogurt, homemade...

I have nothing but good things to say about this bed and breakfast. If you are headed down 13 and are looking for a place to stay near Chincoteague you absolutely must stay at the Garden and the Sea B&B. We arrived late on the evening and Dorothy, the innkeeper, left us a note and directions into the room. We...

What a gorgeous property and home. Large and comfortable room, too. These gracious hosts even welcomed my traveling cat -- a large Siamese who walked the grounds on his leash and made friends with the other guests in the parlor. We will definitely return to this charming bed and breakfast.

We stayed in the Chablis suite. It was large and very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was wonderful. We drove from DC - Google maps got us right to the door. Our trip was planned to visit Chincoteague and Assateague. I highly recommend the property and the location.

The houses are very charming, the staff more than accommodating, and the breakfast amazing. We would recommend this inn to anyone. This is by far the best accommodation in the area. We did not have a single complaint or issue.

We where here 2 yrs ago celebrating our 21st anniversary/ long weekend. So we came back for our 23rd. The owner { Doro } is the sweetest person and along with her staff. The Inn is 11 miles from the island, but its very peaceful, relaxing for when one just wants R&R.. We will definitely will be back.

We looked hard for a nice place to stay near Crisfield and could only find the Garden and Sea that appealed to us in any way. We wanted a nice, comfortable place for our base of operations for our short tour of Crisfield and the surrounding area after an absence of many years. The Garden and Sea did not disappoint....
