We're delighted at how fresh and lovely the rooms were since it has been refreshed. Food was sublime! Everything fresh and delicious Service friendly. Modern amenities. The balcony room was delightful!

I wanted this to be better than it was. It is an interesting place, a mid-century replacement for an old hotel that burned down. The public spaces are grand but when we were there in early February, almost empty. The rooms have been updated but are unremarkable. Dinner in the vast dining room is better than anything in the neighborhood....

It has been years since we have been to the "Bridge" for the seafood buffet. In the past this was an amazing experience and a real treat. I would rate the current presentation as average at best. We arrived with a party of ten, on my recommendation, at 7:00 PM and the buffet was already wiped out and dried out....

While right across the street from the State Park entrance, do not be fooled by the elegant exterior. This is a room for the night with no amenities. There is no pool or exercise room - although there is a trail (about 5mi) behind the hotel. Our room did NOT have a fridge, microwave or a Coffee pot. There were...

Stay here whenever I have to work at the state park. Rooms are clean but furnishings are dated. They have issues with heat/air, hard to regulate the room and windows are old without screens. You have to request a refrigerator as most rooms are not equipped with them. Towels are old and yellowed. Restaurant is expensive and not regularly open...

We happened upon this place as the sun was setting and we were getting nervous about sleeping in the car in the boonies. It was great...very reasonably priced, nice rooms but could use a little updating and water glasses. Two restaurants on site (one formal, one tavern), and washer and dryers on each floor. Plus Natural Bridge (really cool) is...

What a treasure. The nicest people ever help out so much. The rooms are immaculate clean and very very quiet and comfortable - This is a world class hotel that is a hidden gem. The FOOD is amazing also. The cook in the morning Tina Mohler both cooks and helps diners out- she is a wonderful person to talk to...

As always I was very happy with my stay here. I have been coming here every couple of years for awhile now and I am never disappointed. The front desk staff are always so friendly and helpful. Finally tried the Red Fox Tavern and the food and especially the cheesecake with caramel was wonderful. I will certainly be returning again....

Stayed there for the first time New Years eve. We booked the over night package to include the dinner buffet and the party after. $200. for the room and $80. for dinner. The buffet had 3 seperate scheduled seating. The food was good as well as the entertainment after. The hotel has just recently been refurbished so I expected more...
