Not clean, no light in bathroom, no phone in room, on refrigerator, no ice, no one available at front desk. Breakfast are wasn’t clean. No cleaning being done until check on Sunday. Bed was hard and pillows were the size of a throw pillow insert. I think it was actually an insert for a pillow cover. 4 of them don’t cover the width of the bed. Sink and shower had contractor dirt left in them; I had to clean them both. I was very disappointed!!
The hotel was under remodeling. The room was clean. The bed was too soft you felt like you were sliding off the edge. The shower had no place to put your soap. You either had to put your soap on the floor or hold it in your hand. TV channels weren't great. Tried to call the front desk phone wouldn't work. Breakfast was sparse. There were no spoons so if you wanted yogurt or cereal you were out of luck. Juice machine was water. Not the best stay.
Poor hotel that had multiple issues. Some areas like hall way looked as though it was under repairs. VERY limited continental breakfast, juice was bad. Staff was annoyed with my request for new room as the original room had 1 out of 5 working lights.
The customer service was great , the room was very clean and in order. We all had a wonderful experience. Thank you! Still typing cause of the character minimum but I’m finished now thank you thanks!!
We were passing through the area and stayed for a night. The room was clean and staff was friendly. The breakfast wasn’t too bad, considering they still have to follow COVID guidelines. If coming to the area again I would stay there again.
Location was very convenient and staff was nice and personable. The room was quiet and exactly what I needed for my travel. The breakfast was a little disappointing but understandable due to health regulations
It is near restaurants and shopping! It is clean even though it is going through a renovation right now. The staff was friendly and helpful! There was sanitizer available in the lobby. There is a continental breakfast in the morning.
First complaint; the staff did not wear state mandated face mask or shields!! This made us very uncomfortable. The bed was broken. It flip-flopped like a see-saw. Had to sleep in a chair all night. The sheets are old and had holes and tears. The room smelled musty and it's been a very long time since the carpet was vacuumed. The hotel refused to compensate us. We didn't ask for a refund - just wanted a better room for the next night. Staff was rude & didn't care. Will NEVER stay here again.
Property had a nice appearance. The room was clean, only issue we had was the bathroom was a little small but other than than it was good. Location was also good close to local shops and food and also Walmart..
The worst hotel I’ve ever been to in all my life! Rooms were so disgusting I wouldn’t let my dog stay in there. Toe nail clippings all over the ground, yellow stains inning down the wall, holes in the wall stuffed with toilet paper. My bags were gone through and beds were not made so someone went into my rooms while I wasn’t there. When confronting the GM they denied it and told me I was lying and never gave a refund.
