Property is beautiful- rooms, grounds, pool all perfect-The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. we did find that the staff in restaurant and pool were not so friendly and eager to accommodate any special requests or concerns. Maybe it is still new and working out kinks but the hospitality could certainly improve.
Had a very nice, spacious room/bathroom facing the golf course in the back of the hotel. Room views facing rear are better than the front. Friendly, accommodating staff. Very nice pool with negative edge, overlooking golf course. Close to many of the area’s wineries.
Incredible service, wonderful room, inviting staff were among the many things that my daughter and I experienced during our week long stay for her post surgery recovery! We were treated with the utmost care and my daughter felt completely comfortable with the privacy that was given to her during her recovery. Room 38 was outstanding and in the perfect spot for privacy and had such beautiful views.
Incredible in everyway from facility to the staff and everything in-between, we will be back sooner than later and looking forward to seeing the Spa completed product as well - Pool here is amazing BTW!
Lovely stay. Service was exceptional. We loved spending time at the pool. We have two small kids and were not aware that the pool was for >18yo at most times so do check that. They have a family pool undergoing renovation. Rooms were spacious and well-appointed but surprisingly lacked a coffee machine. Will definitely come back!
I took my three young kids for a few nights and we had a wonderful time. The pool was heavenly. The food was fantastic. We got to explore downtown Charlottesville and Monticello. Staff was always welcoming. It was an incredible trip!
Husband and I went here for my birthday weekend and we brought our two dogs. Beautiful hotel, exquisite pool, and amazing views of the golf course. Everything we ate from the pool bar menu was a 10, down to the salads and pea shoot guacamole as well as their cocktails. We love finding dog friendly hotels so we can bring the puppies along and this place didn’t disappoint. Dogs are pretty much allowed everywhere on the property (including the pool) so we were thrilled about that. Marigolds restaurant was also delicious and we ate there both nights. Try the cauliflower. Will definitely return for another weekend stay and some golf.
The Keswick was a great get-away weekend. The rooms have luxurious finishes and the interior design is excellent. It is the perfect "jumping off" point for visiting nearby Charlottesville and a plethora of vineyards! The food is good but not the level of Jean Georges in NYC which is admittedly a very high bar.. The community rooms and the art are wonderful. The design of the pool is incredible. There are a few "re-opening" pains. There are a lot of families sharing the pool and until they finish the renovation on the other "family" pool, a honeymoon/couples vibe there isn't really possibility- at least poolside. The location is great and I'm sure they will continue to phase in different aspects that appeal to different types of guests. The employees seemed to be trying really hard which was appreciated. We would definitely go back.…
This was a couples trip with my husband to celebrate my birthday. We wanted a lovely, luxury get away long-weekend. The property was lovely and the staff was super friendly. My only disappointment was that the spa was closed for renovations and that was not made clear on the website at the time of booking.
Just leaving the Keswick. Have to say I trave a lot but the Keswick is 5 star. The customer service and hotel are ideal . Beauty , Beauty ,Beauty . The room was spectacular and the food and pool were 6 ⭐️ Wonderful magical place .
