Beautiful view, friendly, attentive and efficient desk staff, adequately equipped kitchen and the routine housekeeping was fine (well vacuumed; very clean kitchen and bath). However, the 1-BR unit we were given was in dire need of having the heavily stained carpet and couch shampooed plus the mattress cover on the pull-out was very dirty. Pull-out couch mattresses are never comfortable...

Weekend 45th reunion, enjoyed every moment. Although a little pricey, the 3 br (some outlets not working, baths could have been cleaner) gave me plenty of own space, views and hospitality from Benjamin's staff outweighed any negatives. Grandkids did not want to leave, every min fun. Bringing all family members and extended members back in May for Mom's 83 BD...

We stayed at this location because of an open water swim event and although they offered a special discount rate, the price is very expensive (about $150 for a studio apartment is the most economical with one br, 2br and 3 br offered). However, there are not many affordable choices close by (rentals by owners). For that price, most hotels...

We had our wedding there last year and stayed there for our one year anniversary during the balloon festival. Wonderful place to stay. Fantastic views from lakeside rooms. Bar and resturant and fun and friendly. Great room and service.

We came here specifically to see the Hot Air Balloon Classic that they advertised on their website. We were looking for a place to stay for a couple of days on our way home from a trip to Michigan. The whole Hot Air Balloon Classic was very poorly organized. The staff was not informed of what was going on at...

We spent the weekend at this resort for a family wedding. We stayed in a two bed condo overlooking the lake, a couple of minutes by car or a short walk from the main hotel buildings. These condos are privately owned and rented out by the hotel when the owners are not using them. Our condo was large, with two...

Mariner's Landing condos: our queen size bed was actually a full size; the mattress was hard and lumpy; the foam pillows were also hard and lumpy. The furniture consisted of a worn out sleeper sofa with torn fabric, four hard metal chairs, two hard rattan chairs - nothing was comfortable. The restaurant meal was good one night and dreadful the...

We stayed at Mariner's Landing while visiting nearby family during the first week in January. My son and daughter-in-law joined us for a couple of nights, and the grandchildren stayed over one night. Having 2 bedrooms with a pull out couch allowed us to do that. We were delighted to find we had daily room service; something that is once...

I have stayed at Mariners Landing twice this year. Both times major items in the room failed to work. The TV, coffee pot, jacuzzi tub and the fire gas fire place. We didn't try to use anything else in the room. I am sure that if we had we would have found other things not working as well. When we...
