We rented a one bedroom one bath condo on the lake. We came for the ACBS show. The room was ver clean and comfortable. Quiet. The pool very nice. The resturant very nice. We did not understand that this was a condo rental and although the staff at the desk were very nice, they did not explain the differences. We...

Stayed at the Point in a 3BR. We have stayed at Mariners Landing 6+ times over the last 10 years. Sadly, the once nice property is not being managed well. Staff are available only a few hours a day, the restaurant is closed much of the time, We arrived late and picked up our access code from the box near...

We stayed at The Pointe at Mariners Landing. We rented a 2 bedroom. It was super clean and all we needed was there. The condo building itself was very clean and the grounds pretty. We were there in the off season, so the pool was closed. Our room had very pretty views of the lake. We would definitely rent from...

The Ponte at Mariner's Landing occupies a pleasant, quiet and peaceful location in one of Smith Mountain Lake's many coves. Guests have access to a small patch of sandy beach with a dock not far from shore where swimmers can sit and sun themselves as well as an inflatable "raft" that our children enjoyed jumping off of into the water....

The hotel is located right on the lake with a view of the Southern mountain range. The view is great, you need to ask for a room with balcony. We stayed in the 3 bedroom condo, there were 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms with full showers, which was nice. The main kitchen has been updated and the condo was decorated with art...

My husband often travels to Virginia for work, so in the summers the children and I join him and stay at Mariners Landing. This is a very convenient place to stay for an extended duration as we do with the children as we get a room with 2 separate bedrooms, full kitchen, dining area, laundry facilities etc. The view of...

as noted before, no service, rude front desk people, waited 20 minutes while they talked with each other.. we left after one night...there for a rest, but there was a wedding with a bunch of underage drinkers partying all night. Call the front desk and no help- any hour! Room was filthy, cleaning service hired by ML was horrible and...

There are so many listings on the internet search and they are all confusing: is it a golf club, is it a condo place own/or lease, restaurant seems to have disappeared... we were trying to have dinner there but it's essentially closed down. Chamber of Commerce or someone needs to clean up internet links. Looking elsewhere and obviously not recommending...

The condo we stayed in had two queen beds, large kitchenette and two bathrooms. The living room had plenty of space but the sleeper sofa was a love seat size and there were not many other comfortable places to sit. We had children with us and the balcony windows can be closed and locked shut for complete safety, they were...
