My husband was booked there by his employer for a speaking engagement. I was so happy to come along. We stayed an extra night and felt tempted to stay another just to try Jo's pancakes! The food and hospitality were superb. The French toast breakfast with praline sauce, eggs and the works was my favorite. The convenient location couldn't have... More

INNKEEPER’S FAVORITE REVIEW
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 19, 2016

What a wonderful stay we had at the Vine Cottage Inn! Jo and Jonah are the epitome of southern hospitality and warmth. We spent an entire lazy afternoon on the expansive front porch basking in the peace of the valley. After dinner at a local eatery, we retired to our room (with an amazing claw foot tub in the private... More

We loved the quiet atmosphere and the proximity to the Homestead Resort. Jo and Jonah were gracious hosts and made us feel right at home from the minute we arrived. The breakfast was delicious and the drinks and snacks provided made it easy to grab something on the go when you were headed out. We will definitely be coming back... More

Try being in 90+ degrees in their overly-furnished old rooms with no A/C. For $150+ a night it should have at least a window-mounted A/C. Everything else is ok, Breakfast is delicious. The male host is great, the female host is moody and comes off as strong, like dissapointed at you by default. Not worth it.

The Vine Cottage Inn is the only place you should stay in Hot Springs. The inn is just steps away from the amenities of The Homestead resort yet replaces the hassle of staying at a big resort with a personal charm that will make your visit to the area memorable. Jo and Jonah eagerly helped us make the most of... More

We stayed here for a wedding next door at the Omni. You cant get any closer then this. Place was nice and charming and the hosts were amazing. Best of all was the breakfasts. Only thing I can really knock is the lack of ac, but it was manageable as there were fans in the room. Compared to the outrageous... More

Sadly we could only stay for three nights. When we had to move on we felt we were leaving old friends behind. The whole place is delightfully old fashioned. That is not a negative but a positive thing. A jewel in the crown of The Hot Springs area, Jo and Jonah were perfect hosts. Not only did they make us... More

Immaculately clean, comfortable bedding, beautifully furnished, amazing breakfast, awesome front porch, and helpful, accommodating, proprietors! Located at the base of the Omni hotel, we enjoyed Omni benefits at reasonable rates in a casual, relaxed, mountain atmosphere. The Vine accommodated our large family with grace and ease. Can't wait to go back!!

I only stayed here one evening, but wish I would have stayed longer. The room was simple, but clean and elegant. The house is absolutely charming with all kinds of special decorating touches. The innkeepers couldn't have been nicer or more accomodating. The smell of breakfast cooking was a great way to wake, and it tasted as delicious as it... More
