This place is awesome. I didn't come in expecting anything spectacular but when I arrived and needed a plunger the night auditor "Kip" did everything he could to find one for me and did not stop till I had one. The property manager "RJ" is such an amazing person. He always made sure I felt comfortable and even turned the...

We read the reviews about this place and thought there must be improvements since they were old reviews. We should have listened. The toilet wobbled and leaked at the base, above the shower was a poor patch job that was leaking and had mold around it, the toilet paper holder was gone except for one side so you had to...

The only way in and out of the building was through the main entrance. All the other exits were manually locked. IF a fire or similar incident occurred there would probably have been injuries (at minimum) because patrons could not exit through the nearest exit. Another issue, only one staff person on site. I witnessed the desk clerk assigned on...

I'm a person who likes to give everything the benefit of a doubt before completely judging anything. I arrived the day before my reservation so my room wasn't ready. I just needed somewhere to sleep since I traveled for 24 hours. I was in a smokers double which was fine until I saw the roached, unclean floors, unclean bedspread, etc....

We had to make a trip to PA for a funeral in March and again in April to settle an estate. The first time, the air conditioner did not work and the fridge did not work. Upset as we were this did not help. The second time, we were sick with the flu and when we arrived, the check in...

We arrived late but were warmly greeted and given a room. We had a nice room with 2 queen beds, air conditioning worked well as it was 90 outside. Beds were comfy & we had a great sleep. The continental breakfast was very skimpy but we made the best of what was there. The hotel seemed a little tired &...

This was one of the best Econo lodges I have stayed in. Hotel was cleaner than the previous Econo lodge I stayed in the night before. Staff was friendly. This is not a 5 star, but it was ok for a couple of nights. The breakfast though was not that great. Pre wrapped Food lion cakes, orange juice and cereal.
