Stayed 10 days while we were in the area. The staff were nice and there is a good Sam discount. The farm is quiet and pretty with deer and rabbits especially at night. I was very disapointed to learn that most of the facilities were shut down for months of the year. They advertise a Store, Firewood, And Laundry facilites. But those were all closed for the season. I expected the pool in winter to be closed but the washer and dryer???? If you advertise this and close it all for months out of the year tell us that on the website! I had to drive for 20-30 minutes to find a place to do laundry as I waited to do that at the campground. The pull through site had water and power and all facilities but neighbors were VERY close. I would stay again because it was quiet but would be prepared and know that facilities advertised may or may not actually be available.

We have stayed here in our 43 foot RV two times now. Pleased both times. It is on the back of an active farm. Campground is in a very beautiful setting. Big open slots. Newly redone with millings. Good amount of grass between sights. Quiet peaceful setting for the most part. (Some loud music one afternoon). Some live ins but it is not junked up with them. Fishing pond with wild ducks. Sight is level but overlooks rolling hills. Very picturesque sunsets! Lots of rain this stay but no mess!

Looking for a quiet campground to tour Manassas. Being from a farm it was just like home. Not a lot of frills but it was just what we were looking for. It's tough to make a living on a small farm so lots of farmers in this area are adding other sources. They have been here for 50 years with the campground to help keep the farm alive this close to DC. Most others have sold out to developers and stuck up subdivisions on what was once beautiful, productive family farms.

Second visit here. First visit during cold weather had a site with a nice view over the farm and a pond. This visit during July 97 degrees. Checked in expecting to take a dip in the pool. Mgr said "pools not open not worth the trouble". The ponds were totally covered in algae. No fish in there. First site not able to get level had to change to another. Grounds could be in better shape. First notice trying to get into office. Over grown in areas and paths not level. People not friendly at all. Still charged full price.

Needed a campground close to my husband's sister who was very ill. We stopped by a few weeks ago to ask about rates, etc when we were in the area. Then yesterday we had to leave our campground in Tennessee where we had spent a week to head back to Virginia because my sister in law was getting worse. I started calling at 10:30 in the morning to see about getting a site. They never answered the phone. I also left 2 voicemails, was at noon and one at 2:30. And I kept calling after the voicemails. They never returned my calls. So we took a chance and went to the campground arriving around 4:00. I had to ring the doorbell twice before she came to the door. She wasn't rude, but very unfriendly. Acted like I just woke her up. I mentioned that I had left 2 voicemails and now she wouldn't have to return the call...and she never even responded to my comment. She marked the map where our spot was and off we went. The first part of the campground is out in the open and may be ok. Just parking in the grass and pretty close to each other. Our spot was back in the woods. Only 2 other campers back there and our site was right next to one of them. I would have thought with all the open spaces she wouldn't have put us right beside someone. Sites are not level and are not very nice. I did not use the bath house but my husband said it was filthy. We ended up having to drive to my sister in laws house at 9:30 that evening because my SIL passed away and did not return to our camper until the next morning. I had paid for 2 nights, noting to the owner that we may have to stay longer, dependent on my SIL. The owner drove by us that AM as we were hooking up the camper to leave (after just 1 night in which we were not even there more than 3 hours) and she didn't even stop to ask why we were leaving or even as much as wave to us as she went by. Needless to say I didn't even bother to ask for a possible refund for the other night because of the sad circumstances, because I knew she wouldn't even care. As we pulled out a young man on a piece of farm equipment pulled in by us and he didn't even wave either. Find it hard to believe that others have posted how friendly the staff was as we certainly didn't see it.

My husband and I did a RV trip to see Civil War battlefields. This campground is the closest to Manassas. We were placed in the rear campground, and this review is about that portion of the campground.
The campsites are not maintained. The covers for the electric outlets are broken.
The bathrooms are filthy. Dried old fecal matter in the mens toilets. Dirty and grimy. Even the dryers had filth inside the door. Dead bugs in the screens of the bathroom, coated with dirt. White scum on the shower walls.
It felt to me that they were not being bothered with maintenance on the rear campsite, yet collect money for camping there.
I have been to numerous RV parks, this was by far the worst.

The camp itself is clean and well maintained. It isn't Disney but there is a park and a pool, laundry, store, fishing ponds, hiking trails and a working cattle ranch and farm. I loved the quiet rustic setting but, the real gem is the people.

When I got into a jam on the road and had to do repairs, they held my reservation without deposit. When it happened AGAIN the next day, they held my reservation without requesting a deposit AGAIN. Since i was planning on staying long term but had just gotten hit in the wallet pretty hard, I only had enough cash on me for two nights of my two week reservation. They told me that was fine GAVE ME A DISCOUNT and only charged me the two nights and assured me that I would have the spot for two weeks.
My truck ended up having to be towed off their property to a dealer for further repair, which they were cool about. When I called to explain that I didn't have a chance to find my bank branch in the area trying to get the truck taken care of to bring them the rest of the money for my two week stay, they said, "Don't worry about it, we will work with you", then went ahead and processed my credit card over the phone for me.
THEN when I got a rental car (haven't really driven a car in about 15 years) stuck in a ditch, the lady who owns the farm and operates the campground got her brother to come pull the car out super fast, they wouldn't take any money from me.
I saw people on here talking about these folks not being friendly and I have no idea who they could be talking about because these folks did just about anything they could for me and I sincerely hope they will allow me to stay with them for the remainder of my time here because I have never received the type of kind consideration from a stranger and a business these people showed me. They had never met me, we aren't affiliated in any way before now. I was just the voice of a weary and worn traveler struggling out on the road in their phone, and they extended every possible latitude and aid to me.

We recently stayed 10 days in a pull through full hookup site in our 34’ fifth wheel. The spot was very spacious (we had an end spot # 16). The staff at the camp were very helpful and friendly at all times. We truly enjoyed the open farm atmosphere which was different from the wooded parks we’ve stayed at. My only criticism would be that I wished their pool was open for more hours , cause it was a beautiful and large pool to relax by. All our neighbors were very friendly. We hope we can return this is a very nice RV campground.

This is rustic, especially the deer head lodged rotting in the y of a tree. Our site had water and 30 amp power, was level gravel. They did have a centrally located dump and propane station. They offered a Good SAMs discount. Washrooms were very rustic.

We stopped here for the night. They have a nice looking pool, even though we didn't use it. The tv channels were iffy. Out in the beautiful countryside on a huge farm. Quiet, which is always a bonus. Would stay again despite the tv issue.

We stayed at Greenville Farm Family Campground for 3 weeks. I do not know what the monthly rate would be and we are not the owners.
