We offer four spacious suites along with wedding and special event services. Our lovely barn can accommodate business meetings, conferences, performances, weddings, and receptions! Come join us for a time of rest and relaxation! Breakfast is served at 9 am each day. If you need to eat earlier, we can arrange a continental breakfast. This is a singularly beautiful and enchantingly quiet location to enjoy a nice stay in the western Virginia wine country of Loudon and Clarke Counties. My wife and I are already looking forward to the nice occasion we have to stay in Zion Springs and enjoy the gorgeous accommodation and wonderful comradeship.

I came in town for a wedding and this is the most beautiful property. The Lincoln suite was spacious and unique. The breakfast was fantastic and the proprietors are wonderful hosts. 100% Recommend this B&B

We are from Wisconsin and this was our third stay at Zion Springs over the last few years. We have a son attending college in the area and this is our first choice for a place to stay. We hope more of our kids go to college in the area so we can continue coming to Zion Springs! Jon and Chris, the owners/hosts, are wonderful people and their hospitality is exceptional. The property and buildings are out of a "storybook" and everything is immaculately thought out and cared for. It is such a serene and peaceful place to stay.

The Tigges family are gracious hosts. My husband says that is like being at home. Lovely property, walks, birds, flowers; special meals for their romantic getaways; on this last visit and we had to leave early (not expecting breakfast) even though John and Chris had an important appointment, Chris was up early and made a hot breakfast for us before we hit the road.... this is just one example of their graciousness. While other B&Bs make breakfast, Chris and John join you for breakfast and conversation- very nice!! Rooms are clean, quiet and well appointed with Chris' flair for decorating. Also, close to wineries, antique shops etc (10-15 minutes) . If you go, make sure you make a visit to Grutos for a soft serve and Catoctin Whiskey for a tour and sip. Enjoy

Environment was great, food was amazing, and we really enjoyed the extra special touches throughout the weekend. This is the perfect place to get away for the weekend and enjoy some relaxation time! The property grounds are great, including a stream on the property, but you're only a short drive to other hiking, movie theaters, and lots of other great recreation options.

You were wonderful guests! We love how you took time to just "be" in spite of having all of those little kiddos! And you're right, Bear's Den, the W&OD, and water activity in Harper's Ferry on the river are all fun and so close! Hope to see you both again next year!
