The hotel was very open and nicely decorated. Sura at the front desk was very nice to talk to and personable at the time of check in. The rooms were also very clean and comfy to stay in. The overall stay was very nice.
The hotel was a fantastic stay however because of the rudeness of the manager I will never stay at this location again. During the pandemic, there is no housekeeping so you have to get your own towels, clean your own rooms, get your sheets cleaned on your own, etc and this wasn't informed to us UNTIL after he swiped the payment for our stay. If we had known this we would have chosen a different hotel. When I tried to talk to the manager about the lack of information he became defensive, rude, started fussing, yelling and more. For that reason ALONE we will NEVER stay here again. He has no business being a manager.
On the site it says there are wiles in each room. There's no such thing. Sanitizers at Elevator banks do not exist either. There's no restaurant service, no room service, shuttle service or housekeeping (understandable but notice & reminder would be useful so your guests can plan!) !!!!!!Mold/Mildew on shower curtains! !!! Mentioned to staff and they offered to send housekeeping to come clean? REALLY. 1ST 30mins, no bulb in lamp, sliding glass door nearly falls on my daughter, right off its tracks. DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK HERE.
Great hotel, great location, great room. Only problem was with the temporary restrictions due to the coronavirus - no restaurant, no breakfast. A few vending machines in the basement were simply not enough. Luckily the location has lots of places nearby.
First time staying at the hotel. Every thing was up to date. My room was more than acceptable. I ate in the hotel and was quite satisfied. As usual, the people really made a difference. Rubin Rubio, at the front desk, went out of his to take care of me. Would stay again.
