Nice hotel and staff but not as nice as expected. Shower water turned from hot to cold every shower for the 3 days we were there. They were doing elevator testing each day and only one elevator for a 14 story hotel was available so long waits for the elevator. At one point we walked down the 12 floors. Hilton website says it has an indoor pool but it is being refurbished. The Hilton website which I booked through didn’t mention that. The breakfast buffet is $23. and no better than the free ones at the Hampton Inn. It’s a great location if you’re visiting Northern Virginia because it’s on the intersection of 66 anfd Fairfax County Parkway, but not if you’re visiting DC. Hotels have used Covid as an excuse to cut services and it shows. For the money, it wasn’t worth it. I should note that we stayed for three days but because of issues comped the third night.

Centrally located for excursions in Fairfax, Centreville, etc. Large hotel with modern amenities. Hilton just acquired this property (had been a Hyatt), so they are still working on the transition (can’t use digital keys yet, etc), but the staff was efficient and friendly.

This hotel is actually very nice hotel in a great location. Unfortunately, the customer service does not hold up. When I checked in, they did not acknowledge my Diamond status and only as I was about leave the desk mentioned the ammenities that I was supposed to receive. The restaurant was worse. There was a toal of 6 people in the restaurant and it was very hard to find someone to serve me. And not once was I thinked for dining with them. Again, the property is beautiful-I just wish the staff would kick it up a notch ot two.

Hotel location is very convenient, located just off I-66. The staff was very professional. I am very impressed with the cleanliness of the room. Their breakfast menu, although was limited, it was tasty.

I have been staying at this location for almost 10 years (since it was Hyatt). Unfortunately, service, staff and customer focus has deteriorated drastically. Some examples of very disappointing services I encountered 1. Never received the requested feather free bedding till checked out 2. Hotel entrance was not as clean during some of my stay 3. Encounter very rude and unprofessional staff at counter 4. One counter staff was arguing and lecturing me about as a Diamond I should only receive a bottle of water at checking in only. Regardless of your process, I was amazed by the Un pleasant attitude she had. 5. Food service is definitely the worst. Dining staff on both 29 and 30 were unprofessional, do not listen to details, rude when replying, make you feel very unwelcome, as if they are forced to be there. To a pout I was wondering who’s the service provider vs customer. 6. After checking out, I noticed that my Diamond daily credit was not credited correctly which led to over charge situation 7. When called this morning to bringer to hotel attention, they promised to fix part of it, come to find out that they in fact charged me the amount that was supposed to be credited, so tripled charged. 8. The general massage being projected from most staff, counter, dining, housekeeping is that “ I don’t care, I got a job and no body can fire me, I can care less” These are just some of the feedback points that I encountered as a Diamond HH who stayed at this location and others for 100’s of nights

I hate to leave bad reviews, as the stay at Hilton was actually decent. However on check out, they charged almost $2,000.00 wrongly to the guest's personal debit card (used as incidentals deposit), despite the room being prepaid in full in advance. They did this despite the guest checking twice that there would be no charges on the personal card to which the front desk confirmed there wouldn't be. The transactions appeared the next day. I called the hotel and they said they didnt' realise it would was prepaid but I have to speak to accounting to fix. It's been 2 days and they no longer engage with me or hotels.com who are trying to get a refund on my behalf. Also the amounts don't even make sense, this hotel doesn't cost $500 a night.... It's completely bizarre. I will be pulling out my other business guests there which is a real shame as the hotel was actually OK. Shame on you Hilton, for this terrible fraudulent behaviour.

Room smelled like feces and curry. Enjoyed the headache infused stay. Dunno what Hilton is gonna do but will let u know. I was a bit of a jerk. However, when you pay good money you expect a certain level of service.

Odd but nice room, terrible food service. The room was very clean. There is a nice sitting area at the entrance. The bed is behind a large TV. I think you can rotate the tv to watch in bed, but I did not try it. It’s a little odd, because the view from the bed is the back of the tv. From the bed you walk directly into a closet/sink area. A look so odd. There’s a door from the closet/sink to the toilet and shower. The bed and shower were excellent. In the morning I tried, and failed, to get breakfast. There was only 1 person working breakfast, so all of us were not greeted, or served. No coffee, no nothing. Terrible. Just as well. The “restaurant“ was awful. More like a weird coffee shop than a restaurant. Seating was uncomfortable. Ago why 2 stars? Everything was without charm or professionalism. It’s certainly not a business hotel—I’m an extensive business traveler, and I will not return. It’s not a pleasure hotel either. There’s nothing fun about it.
