The Inn at Sugar Hollow Farm is such a lovely place; the Inn, Farmhouse, and grounds are peaceful and beautiful. We stayed in the Wildflower Room, which had a big bay window with a window seat looking out towards the mountains. Everything was so comfortable; the bedding was luxurious and the big bathtub was a treat. The owners were quiet... More

We spent 3 nights at the Sugar Hollow Farm. Our room was so lovely, and QUIET!!! All rooms are super nice! Nicely appointed, beds very comfortable. The breakfast was great. Had everything you could possibly want, and more! The dining room is lovely looking out on the Shenandoah National Park. The inn is close to a lovely small town, Crozet.... More

We spent three nights at the inn, and it was a great base to visit Shenandoah NP, Montecito, and Charlottesville. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was great, and Tim and Dina were very helpful with daily plans and dinner recommendations. Even though we said we wanted to get away from it all, they made sure we could keep tabs... More

We just spent two nights, staying in the farmhouse. We got there late on Friday due to backups on 64, and a roundabout route by GPS. Tim was waiting for us with a warm welcome. His dinner recommendation of Fardowners was excellent. The setting of the inn is beautiful, surrounded by woods and mountains. Breakfast was delicious, plentiful and fresh.... More

This is one of two inss we visited on our trip to Virginia. Upon arival, we were abruptly greeted by the owner. She seemed hurried to get us a map of places to eat. Only rating them best to worst. Not asking any questions about what we like, the local venues, etc. She met us at the Farmhouse, there are... More

My friends and family took up most of the Inn last weekend. We were in town for my daughter's wedding being held at King Family Vineyard. Tim is a very gracious host. Attention to detail was noted throughout the B&B. Coffee and cold water were always available. The towels and bedding were of the highest quality. Breakfasts were wonderful!!! The... More

After the glowing reviews we were disappointed with the Inn at Sugar Hollow Farm: Pros: Remote location far from everything, comfortable bed We booked this because we couldn't find anything in Charlottesville when visiting our son who is a student at UVA. Cons: Remote locations far from everything, a bit too rustic, very slow internet, grounds unkempt and need attention... More

Well designed inn built for B&B with well appointed rooms (we took a peak at open rooms awaiting guest arrival), secluded spot off main road, yet close to wineries, brewery, cider/orchard, nearby towns and 20-25 min from Charlottesville. Very good country breakfast buffet each morning with lovely seating in bright dining areas (2 rooms) with views of mountains. They accommodate... More

I am happy to echo all of the other reviews regarding the lovely and peaceful Inn at Sugar Hollow Farm. The room was more than comfortable (we stayed in the Hunt room), the grounds were spectacular, and the food was delicious. It's everything all the other glowing reviews say it is. It's a perfect place if you want a quiet... More

It was a last minute idea to go away for the weekend, and we wanted to take our 4.5 mo. old puppy with us. I found The Inn at SHF on line and took a chance--although the high marks on Trip Advisor gave me confidence that I hadn't made a terrible decision. Although I've been a dog parent for my... More
