This was our first experience staying in a B&B but it won't be our last! Miss Molly's is a great place to stay while visiting Chincoteague Island. The location is perfect for walking downtown. The breakfasts were AMAZING! Julie was so accommodating when we had an early trip planned. The Marguerite Henry Room was beautiful. Being a retired school librarian, it was a dream come true to stay in the room where she wrote Misty of Chincoteague
Molly's Inn supported the B & B for Vet's Program thus gifting us one night at the Inn with breakfast at no charge. Thank you! We are so glad we added a second night to our stay. Dave and Renata, and the entire staff, provided my husband and I an absolutely wonderful experience. The room was clean, comfortable and extremely cozy. There is a nice flat screen wall TV and heat/ac if needed. The breakfasts were "out of this world" delicious. Well planned, excellent food temperature, and we wanted for nothing. The hosts are extremely generous with supplying everything needed for a beach trip down to the bikes, umbrellas, chairs, towels, etc. They also provided unlimited water and snacks in the relaxing screened in porch. We reserved an afternoon tea-AMAZING! Extra touch-a bottle of Prosecco, glasses, and a card wishing me a Happy Birthday! We are so looking forward to our next visit and bringing extra family members so they can meet Dave, Renata and the staff!…
I came to Miss Mollys inn for a girls weekend getaway and we could not be happier! We spent the whole weekend relaxing on the porch, watching sunsets on the roof deck, and taking in all of the beautiful gardens on the property. The breakfast every morning was absolutely delicious and the dining room was so tastefully decorated. The Inn is stocked with supplies for the beach so we didn't have to worry about a thing. We will definitely be back!
Love Miss Molly‘s, I booked the trip for mom and daughter getaway at Chincoteague. We reserved an afternoon tea as well, so glad we did it. It was like heaven. Julie made so many varieties of desert. The decoration and taste are so wonderful, everything is perfect! Of course, the breakfast are so delicious. we stayed in the room that Marguerite Henry stayed in when she wrote Misty of Chincoteague (1947) 😍 My mom already asked me when we’re going again 😁
Perfect place to spend spring break!! This was our second time staying at Miss Mollies, the house is beautiful. We stayed in the Mazza family suite and it was perfect for our family of five. Everyone there is very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast looks and taste amazing. The upper deck is a nice spot to watch the beautiful sunset. Lots to do within walking distance or bike ride from the house. Definitely recommend this place to anyone and can’t wait for our next stay at Miss Mollies!!
Again for the second year in a row Dave, Renata, Julie and Alecia made our anniversary weekend something to write home about and savor! From the delicious sweet and savory breakfasts to the lovely and VERY comfortable rooms everything is TOP NOTCH! won't stay anywhere else while we are here in beautiful Chincoteague! Stacie and Doug
I felt as if I’d been transported back in time to a better, calmer, more elegant way of life!!! So many thoughtful details in this charming place. My husband especially appreciated the wonderful breakfast the most, and I loved the charm of our room so much that I slept with a light on so I could look at our room longer. I donated some old books for the bookcases and I’m jealous that they get to live there without me. We live four hours away but I’m so hoping to visit again soon.
My husband and I stayed at Miss Molly's in the Marguerite Henry room and would highly recommend for anyone visiting Chincoteague Island! The inn is so cozy. Renata and Dave are lovely people and very accommodating. The breakfasts were delicious and beautifully crafted. We took the bicycles out for a ride and had very enjoyable dinners at the restaurants they recommended to us! We will stay again for sure!!
Just came back from a lovely 2 night stay at Miss Molly’s for our 35th anniversary. We arrived to find the house to ourselves with instruction on how to get to our room etc. We walked into the room and found an anniversary card, rose petals on the bed and a bottle of Prosecco chilling in our room. What a nice welcom! We chose the Marguerite Henry room for the king size bed. It was a good choice for us. I was able to read one of the copies of Misty of Chincoteague, (how could you not since it was written there!!). starting it relaxing in the living room and then finishing it in our room to end the evening. We woke to the smell of bacon and a delicious breakfast of blueberries compote and stuffed French toast with peaches. Julie is very hospitable and we learned a lot about the Inn and the area. Our second breakfast started with a delicious poached pear followed by Eggs Benedict cooked perfectly! My husband mentioned as we left at the end of our stay, it felt like we were leaving our friend. Julie made you feel that way! Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!…
What a wonderful inn! They were gracious enough to allow me to bring my dog with me! Breakfast was so very good! Great location, just a short drive to Assateague Island. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was perfect for us.
