Horrrible review you have the two Intowns mixed up. The one you are referencing is the Old Greenbriar location. And yes I agree with everything you stated, from the rude manager and customer service management never returning your call. However, the newly acquired Sunsuites Hotel is total opposite from the rooms to the staff. I was very surprised upon checking...

This hotel had a full kitchen, clean bedding and bathroom just don't expect it to remain that way. If you stay over housekeeping only comes once a week, they aren't allowed to provide towels, toilet paper or trash bags throughout the week. Good thing the housekeeper liked me I got a few trash bags out of her. I got locked...

My mom and i booked a third floor non-smoking queen studio room online, and planned to stay two weeks once we arrived. We when did get there, the manager, Dianne or Dianna told us she had no rooms like that on the third floor period. So she put us in a first floor room which was very small, stunk of...

I stayed for a couple of months due to a situation and while I was here everyone treated me kindly and were very friendly. I was checked on and helped like I was family. When and if need be, I will return. .

I've been here a few months with my wife. Due to our financial situation we needed a place to stay that was inexpensive and comfortable and this InTown Suites has been on target in both areas. Location is great for anyone who needs to be on the move to anywhere on the south side of the Hampton Roads area (Norfolk,...

I have stayed here a couple of years and the value of (extended stay) staying here monthly vice paying for an apartment (utilities/cable/internet...) pays for itself. The front desk, maintenance, management, and security is friendly, goes out of their way to help in any way they can in all situations. Room service always makes it feel like I just checked...

“Corner 1st floor”

“The room i'm in is on the back side of the property, first floor. It has easy access to parking, but has some traffic noise, and may have a tendency towards lower levels of WiFi signal due to interference from structure or other sources. The rooms on the other side of the building (which faces the office) would likely have a slightly better signal, but more traffic noise (as the inner lot tends to be used heavily). Higher floors may have less traffic noise (distance and less foot traffic outside), but come with the added issue of more walking distance from the lot. But there is an elevator, and multiple sets of stairs.”

“Depends on your preference, but I prefer the 3rd floor due to it being the cheapest, it is away from the parking lot (noise), there is also (stairs also) an elevator to bring up your personal items/groceries.”
