Carolyn & Bob are the ultimate in B&B host/hostesses and their charming home with beautiful gardens is a GREAT place to base your stay, whether for Monticello or any of the Charlottesville area's attractions. Beautiful place near many attractions. The B & B was nice and clean. We stayed in the cottage which was separate from the house and it was very nice.. Very nice owners and were very helpful in suggesting places to eat and visit.

it was may husband and I's 2nd wedding anniversary and we stayed in the cottage separate from the main building. It was very clean and they brought complimentary cookies plus delicious chocolate covered strawberries and sparkling wine that my parents treated us with that the Inn offers. The cottage was very spacious and clean. The shower is also a steam shower which is very nice, even in August! Everyone there are very nice and accommodating. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!

The grounds were serene and beautiful! The home is gorgeous, lovely, and elegant! Breakfast every morning was scrumptious! Bob and Carolyn were personable with very interesting stories about their home. Even though we had some last minute changes, they were very gracious about it. We loved Mikey, the Welcome Pup! There is a refrigerator that we cold put my mom's insulin in and a plus for us was no TV! I would definitely consider a return trip and highly recommenced it.

A delightful stay... we will be back! The innkeepers were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The cottage was a delightful place to stay. Our friends stayed on the first floor Jefferson Room, which has a small terrace, and they were very pleased. Bob brought multiple tables to our cottage patio so that some of our friends in the area could sit with us outside. All Covid19 rules were in place consistently and it felt very safe. Breakfasts were delicious and ingredients were always fresh. The property is beautiful and we enjoyed watching our children play hide and seek for hours on end!
