I stayed here for a week due to a training I was attending in the area. Although the mattress was nice a firm and the room was pretty clean, there were some things I would love to see changed. The parking is minimal on the front and side of the hotel so having to park in the back

Stayed here for several nights. Location is good but there was some things about it I did not enjoy. Very dark inside and out. Darkness inside seems to cover up some unclean spots in the hotel. Elevator was very small. Barely fit a luggage rack in it. No certification on the elev

I was happy to stay at this Fairfield. Room was nice and clean although the AC was a bit noisy. I did not hear any plane noise. Wifi was strong with no hassle. I did not have time to enjoy the breakfast.

Hi, Do you have to call or email for the Airport Shuttle on arrival at Dulles? Thanks.
I think calling the hotel would be the best, as they would be notified right away of your arrival to Dulles. Call this number here, and ask for the hotel to pick you up: +1 703-435-1111 I've stayed at this hotel many times before, and have used their airport shuttle. The airport has a courtesy phone at the arrivals terminal that you can use to call the hotel, should you not want to use your mobile phone. There is a designated place outside for hotel pickups, and once you call and confirm with the hotel, they usually take about 15-20 minutes(based on my experiences) at most. Have a safe trip!

My husband and father have recently been staying in your hotel while away for work. Last week, my husband returned to the room and noticed a pack of cigarettes missing. This week, two packs were missing. He spoke to Hannah today about the issue and she informed him that she would speak to management and contact him tomorrow. Although it is only 3 packs of cigarettes in two weeks, it concerns me that things are missing from his room; regardless of the cost. I'm curious as to whether this is something that happens often or perhaps very seldom. Either way, I feel it is a very unprofessional way to run a business and could prove to be quite damaging to your reputation.
I'm sorry to hear about the missing cigarettes. I just tried reaching out to your husband about the issue, but I wasn't able to leave a message due to his voicemail not being set up. Since none of our housekeepers smoke I would like to know which rooms he has stayed in throughout his weekly stays. I would like to trace that and see if it was the same housekeeper cleaning his room each time or if it was a different one. This is the first time I have ever heard a complaint from a guest about anything being stolen from a room, so I definitely would like to get to the bottom of it. Do you have smoking rooms?
This hotel is all nonsmoking rooms. With few exceptions, almost all Marriott branded hotels worldwide are that way. If one chooses to smoke in the hotel room, they will charge a $250 cleaning fee. Most hotel chains besides Marriott have similar policies.

Hello, we will fly in two days. So my question is how it works with the bus shuttle. Do we have to call a bus or is always one in front of the airport and easy to collect?

"If you just need one king bed, try getting a Suite. It is well worth the upgrade."
