The hotel is more like a small condo/townhouse village. The indoor pool and hot tub looked clean and inviting, but we didn't get a chance to use. The breakfast was much more than expected. Eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, cereals, muffins, toast, bagels, fruit, and coffee and orange juice. It was a busy weekend, and at times, items were gone, but...

We booked the 2 room lodge, it was perfect. Just like being at home. It had everything we needed. 2 full bathrooms, cozy fireplace, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, big enough for 6-8 people and included breakfast, a pool and gym. Right now they have a winter break special rate too....you can't go wrong!! The staff are wonderful...very helpful and friendly....

The facilty is nice and clean. The managers at The location near Williston, Vt are unprofessional. I would have hoped to have greater service, but during my stay details of the hotel expectations are not clearly communicated to you and neither does the front desk staff communicate well. Save your money if your looking for an extended stay.

They serve a nice breakfast with choices for everyone: Eggs, muffins, toast, oatmeal, juice, milk, coffee, tea. You can have a wonderful breakfast to start the...

The hotel is fine, the rooms are clean and it overall doesn't deserves a 1 star rating. Sadly, the experience I had with this hotel brings me here to spend 5 minutes of my time explaining my bad rating. I called the day before our arrival to make a reservation. I asked for a room that could accommodate 7 people...

Easy access to restaurants and grocery stores plus quick access to the highway. Nice suite with kitchen and living room area. My rental car did not have a snow scraper. I booked our room due to a winter special. There were three of us, my husband and I and our young adult daughter who was joining us. It was a snowy day. “Suggestions: 1) bring a plug-in night light (better yet, perhaps Sonesta could provide one) and 2) buy a package of eviro-logs called BIO-BLOCKS (we bought them at Ace Hardware in Williston nearby) for the fireplace. BIO-BLOCKS are compressed hardwood chips formed into dense small blocks that burn beautifully with a little help from some rolled-up newspaper tucked between the blocks. The front desk had matches and paper for us to get it all going. There were no fireplace tools in the room, so these blocks were fabulous. We just had to light them. Just follow instructions on the package and enjoy an even-burning clean-burning fire for hours. The blocks completely burn with a little white ash left afterwards. We kept the glass doors open a bit to allow more air flow. There was no smoke in the room at all as the fireplace had a good draw up the chimney. It was nice eating out one night and bringing food back to the room the next, just for some down time. Well stocked with plates, glasse, and cutlery for 2-3 people. And I'm sure the desk would have provided more if needed. Also, if you want to sleep in, a magnetized "do not disturb" sign can be taken the inside of the steel front door, to the outside door. The set-up is like a motel, in that your door opens to the outside, not a hallway. Still, it was quiet on the property itself.”
