A group of friends and I stay here every January, and have been for the past 11 years. This place is an economic ski lodge. We are always greeted warmly by the front desk staff and never have any issues. I see there are many poor reviews on this site for the SLL. Did you think you were booking at...

I have stayed here several times before and so have quite a few friends of mine. However, all the recent horrible reviews had made me feeling like I had never been there before and almost scared me away. I'm glad that they did not. The room was clean and everything in it worked as it should. The staff was very...

Stayed here for our annual ski trip to Mt. Snow. Although we stay here each year, it is not my choice of a place to stay, I don't make the reservations. This place is literally falling apart. You can see rottibg wood all over the outside of the place. Strangely, all electricity is run through wire chases on the outside...

This hotel is dingy, dirty and depressing. the hallway carpets have stains and they were littered with rock salt dragged in from the outside. outside the front door were cigarette buts and some various items of trash. As a woman who travels solo, i was appalled to discover they hand out actual KEYS and the ONLY lock on the paper...

Staying in this poor excuse for a hotel was like taking a trip back in time. No functioning power outlets, flickering main light, no hot water, paper thin walls, broken chairs, and ACTUAL FECES in the corner of the room. I went to the bathroom to find a towel to clean up and guess what-- blood stains. I wanted a...

Upon arrival, i was pretty exuberant about my jampacked weekend of skiing and relaxing at this fine lodge. Little did i know, the management consisted of leftwing communists. Their continental breakfast was awful and had my bowels in shambles. The first night, my stomach was rumbling for hours causing several noise complaints due to the paper thin walls. Ultimately the...

I've been to many crappy ski lodges and I must say this one was BY FAR the worst experience I've ever had. Rooms are disgusting. Everything in the hotel is dirty. Most importantly, the staff was extremely rude and did absolutely nothing to help accommodate us. You can tell this place doesn't care about repeat customers. Avoid at all costs.

If there was a way to give ZERO stars, I would. Our room did not have a working heater, warm shower, or a connected TV. The walls are paper thin, not allowing any privacy. Extremely disappointed by the staff, who was extremely rude and ill-tempered throughout our stay. In serious need for a major upgrade or renovation. It seemed as...

This is by far the worst "hotel" I've ever stayed in. Not only was the staff incredibly rude and unaccommodating, but my health was in jeopardy by staying there. Cold showers, mold and rust everywhere, yellow stained sheets and a constant fear of the roof caving in as I "slept". My most enjoyable experience in my one night stay was...

I'm not the type to leave reviews but I felt it is my duty to warn others about this waste of space. I recently came here with my wife and kids to have a good time and enjoy the skiing at mount snow. Unfortunately this was not the case because of the rudeness of the staff and the lack of...
