We stayed at the Inn for the Green Mountain Challenge. Loved everything about it. Charming, rustic yet comfortable - plenty of towels, toiletries and immaculate bedding. Charles, the Inn keeper, was very gracious and helpful with everything. Would definitely recommend a stay at this Inn. Also, loved the tavern. The food was amazing!
Very old inn with lots of atmosphere. Excellent housekeeping and comfortable beds. And....although the inn is attached to a tavern and we expected noise, there was none. The only drawback...breakfast was not that great. Could use addition of baked breads.
Great food and a nice casual ambience in the bar restaurant, with entertainment during dinner. Good location close to the slopes. We had a suite, very cosy with fireplace, comfy bed and good sofa bed. Quaint Old style Inn.
We didn’t stay at the inn, but stopped in after a day of skiing just to grab a drink. We were pleasantly surprised to find $1 oysters being offered. Place was packed but we managed to get two seats at the bar rather quickly. Service was fast. Bar staff was friendly, attentive and great. We had a small issue with an item, and they took care of it without us even asking. That’s a sign of a good restaurant. We will definitely be back!
Great bar and food at the Tavern, fantastic service from the owner and his wife, beyond comfortable rooms that feel extra cozy and perfect location. The Haystack suite had a fabulous large soaking tub. The grab and go breakfast deal cannot be beat. We look forward to returning!
