We took a family vacation for a week at this location. This was our first time in Vermont. We loved the area; quaint shops, great restaurants, much to see and do (hiking, biking, antiquing). Our resort was perfect. We were in a 3-bedroom unit overlooking the pool courtyard area. It had all the amenities we needed: nice kitchen, open living... More

We just returned from a wonderful 5 day stay at clay brook. The staff and management were incredibly accommodating and helpful. The kitchen was gorgeous and fully stocked. When I asked if there were larger pots we could use they were quickly supplied. The room was plenty big enough for a dozen of us to enjoy dinner and enjoy the... More

Perfect accommodations for two! We spent the weekend to celebrate our 35th anniversary. The Pub and Timbers were closed, but we brought enough food/drink to enjoy our stay. The kitchen was the perfect size and stocked for us to make breakfast and supper. We ate lunches on Lincoln Peak and Castlerock.

The staff at ClayBrook at Sugarbush were very friendly and accommodating. The condo was immaculate and very comfortable. Would definitely return in the future. We particularly enjoyed the fact that our boots were stored in a heated room and not is a cold locker.

We stayed at Claybrook for three nights in March. The 1 BR condo was immaculate and perfectly appointed. It had everything that we needed and it was all new. It is convenient to the Lincoln Peaks base area. We had a very good but very expensive dinner at Timbers with good service. The hot tub and gym were clean and... More

My wife and I, along with a variety of friends have stayed here since it's opening. We are never disappointed with the accommodations, service, cleanliness and amenities. We will continue to stay here, year after year. We have been skiing Sugarbush since 1982.

Friendly staff, delicious food, premiere service, best location. Would definitely recommend! Condo set-up is ideal for kids when you need to eat in a lot -- and next to ski school so it's easy to get them back and forth.

I love the idea of pulling up to the hotel and everything is taken care of for you. We arrived on a Friday night, it was snowing and we were greeted at the curb with a smiling gentleman who took care of our luggage and showed us to the front desk. Everything was in order there as well. Very pleasant... More

My wife and I booked here on a whim a couple weeks ago. We are very frequent travelers, and stay/ski all over the world. Our home turf, however, is Boston, so I think it's probably safe to say we've skied most of the mountains in New England. This was our first trip to Sugarbush, so we booked what we thought... More

Hi Tim, Thanks for taking the time to write this review. We're sorry you were disappointed with your experience. As we stated in the response to your wife's review, the pool is often covered to preserve energy, but can be opened within a few minutes of asking. We'll be sure to make that more clear next time. We've known many... More

We booked Clay Brook after looking at the pictures and reading wonderful reviews, but it couldn't have been more of a let down. The room was expensive and looked out directly onto a parking lot. The staff were unfriendly and the hotel had a very weird feeling, which I could only describe as a lack of character and hospitality. The... More

Hi Claire, Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We're disappointed to hear your stay wasn't what you expected it to be. We are typically known for our staff friendliness and hospitality, so to hear that you didn't experience that it's unfortunate. As for the pool, we keep it covered in the winter to conserve energy, as... More
