Aside from early desk closure, and too few utensils, rest of stay was as "expected" based on other reviews. Priced appropiately. Good location for skiing. Very minimal services offred, e.g 6 TV non-hd channels, small outdoor hot tub, Did have decent WiFi, comfy bedding

Our CHRISTmas (New Year) in Vermont was a relaxing and pleasant experience. No snow but still found plenty to do. Nice resort with a nice ‘homey’ feel...thx Myk and Becky :-). We will definitely consider more time there !!

We travel extensively with RCI resorts, and this is the first time we got our check in denied due to us arriving outside the check in window of 4:00-7:00pm. This is a rather too tight of a window for arrival, like folks who travel from half the country away. There can be airline

The staff were wonderful making you feel very welcomed and offering lots of local information about places to visit. The unit however was not what I would expect as it was in desperate need of updating with new carpeting, bedding and small appliances.

The couple that run the resort are very nice but the unit itself if very dated, old and dirty. The furnishings and carpet are just ancient. You didn't want to walk on the carpets without socks and we put extra sheets on the sofas before sitting down. We left and went to a

A Quiet stay in the middle of beautiful country.
Unfortunately they only printed part of my review. Please let me continue: She was righteous, stating, "call RCI and let them handle it. The dog IS NOT ALLOWED on the property." A representative from RCI called and spoke to Ms. Martinez and I was told they were given the same story. The northeast resorts were in prime busy season and RCI was unable to find a substitute resort in the area (closest was a 3 hour drive). We were forced to stay in the area because of a scheduled flight into Burlington airport. The one studio intended for the service dog was cancelled and other accommodations were made at additional expense. The second studio was retained to house the other half of the party for 4 out of the 7 nights that were already paid for. Due to the last minute changes we were forced to make we were unable to stay the first 3 nights. A second phone call was made a few days later to be assured that unit was being retained and inform Ms. Martinez that arrival would be on Tuesday vs Saturday. Being unable to provide her with an exact time of anticipated arrival, Ms. Martinez became upset. During that conversation a calm comment was made that their refusal to allow the service dog caused a great deal of inconvenience and financial expense which was the reason for the late arrival. At 10 am on Tuesday, once we started driving to Season's Resort and had an expected time of arrive, a third call to Seasons Resort was made to inform them the arrival would be between 1:00 and 1:30 pm. It was again asked if someone would be available for check in and no reference to a service dog was made during that brief third call. Mr. Martinez assured me that someone would be in the office. Within a few minutes, he called back and said: "do not to come to the resort... there would not be a room for you". He proceeded to attest that RCI had cancelled the second studio. When RCI was called, they insisted that it was Season's Resort who cancelled the studio that morning, NOT RCI. When RCI called Seasons Resort to disclose their reason for the cancellation they were told that they did not want us at the resort because of the numerous phone calls made about the service dog. At the very last minute I was forced again to seek out additional accommodations with the total expense exceeding over $600. Please read the comments made by Seasons Resorts on the Better Business website to get a flavor of his angry allegations of harassment from my 3 phone calls. Also note the Martinez are wrong: Season's Resort IS bound by the ADA since they are servicing the public. They are discriminating against the handicapped. If you do choose to stay at Season's Resort, please tread softly. Read all of the reviews posted on the internet and go with your gut. My mistake was not to heed the negative flags thinking they would be law abiding people. I soon found that they do whatever they choose to do without any moral, ethical or legal value. They may decide at the last minute to cancel your reservation that was made and paid for months in advance. Do not expect them to have any consideration for the hardships their flippant decision may impact you. Be prepared to find yourself without a place to stay and forced to pay hundreds of extra dollars so that you are not homeless.
