Always start with the good news, right?! July visit here for a lacrosse tournament, and the location of this hotel was great. The lobby was really cool, totally updated and chic! The outdoor pool is wonderful, pretty and clean. Unfortunately, our room, St. Moritz, was dingy and dated. It was worn out and felt dirty. While the too was incredibly... More

We stayed there 2 nights and everything was great! Really nice staff, clean room, cute place and they have great prices too! We enjoyed the 2 swimming pools but it was a bit cold for our baby but overall great stay!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a long weekend in July and although it was nice, it wasn't the nicest place I've ever stayed. The rooms were comfortable and cozy, but the bed squeaked at every shift. The "continental breakfast" in the morning was a complete joke, there was some toast and juice and nothing else. The staff was... More

Lovely property set away from the road. Updated rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff is courteous and helpful - kudos to Andrew at the front desk for clear and friendly directions to whatever we needed! Would return in a flash.

My fiancé and I came here to enjoy a couples getaway. The front desk gentleman was friendly and very helpful. Parking was extremely easy to come by, and the motel design of the hotel was very efficient in bringing in bags. There was a love seat directly outside of our room and the patio with updated furniture was a plus.... More

From the outside, this place is beautiful. From the inside of our room, there was much to be desired. If you are looking for a modern updated room that you see on their website, call and ask for it. We stayed in the St. Anton Room and it was very outdated, nothing matched, and aside from the bed, it felt... More

To summarize, this place could be so much better with a little more attention. I have been twice in the last two months. The first time I had a far better experience. I found the room to be very nice and cozy, breakfast was good, wireless internet was choppy at times, but overall it was working well. The only issue... More

I didn't realise on booking that all the rooms would be 'motel-style' external accommodation. I assumed that 'Hotel - Main Level' referred to rooms that would be directly off the main hotel. However once I got over that, the room booked was exactly as it looked on the website pictures. The decor / bedlinen was a little dated and an... More

Everything was great! The pain au chocolate at breakfast were great, the free upgrade was great, the location was great and the decor was great! The only slightly off thing was the hot tub, we could not find out where to put on the jets and it was a bit grimy in there with old leafs etc....

A group of us stayed her for a two night ski/beer destination weekend. There was a total of 8 of us and we had 3 rooms. This resort is a updated motel style hotel. The motel style comes in handy for quickly loading and unloading the car especially with all the extra ski clothing and such. We had room 26... More
