The place is nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. The resort could use some renovation, specially the room bathrooms. The Flannel was close so the only option was the Roost which was ok but not great.
The staff at Topnotch was kind and attentive. Kimono at the front desk made sure everything was just as requested. The doorman (from Cuba-sorry I forgot your name) happily removed snow from my car so I could get up to the mountain asap- bed and pillows so comfortable- Amanda at Spa gave an amazing massage-too. The rooms a bit worn around the edges but very clean. I will be back!
We LOVED staying at the resort. The hotel felt very clean. It was the first time we stayed at a hotel where I felt the bed was very comfortable, even more than my own bed. The restaurant had a lovely view and atmosphere and food was good. Smores by the fire were a delight and the staff was great with our two year old. We did a horse drawn sleigh ride across the street which was lovely. My only recommendation would be to invest a bit in the spa-- it's a bit outdated for the prices being charged.
Check-in was quick and the staff was pleasant. The grounds were well cared for. Restaurant/Pub staff were very professional.. I wish the bat was open later than 10 pm. Check out was quick and easy. I have stayed here before and would stay here again when in the area.
We spent a long weekend at Top Notch. We have stayed there before and we had high expectations. All were met or exceeded. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The food and bar were great. Check in and check out was well managed and transportation was outstanding. In addition, the staff were exceptional. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but more than that they made us feel like we were in a familiar place with great people.
The amazing staff made our stay a memorable experience! We arrived during a snow storm and the power was out. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Great location. We will definitely be back!
Kinda surprised this place advertises as a luxury resort. The rooms are generic, small and definitely not luxury. The heater went out. No waters in room. Bar was out of Guinness and gave me a can which exploded. Served my partner a spoiled beer from the tap. Waited an hour just for a dessert… honestly annoyed we spent so much money to be getting the same thing you get any other 2 star hotel.
Ruined my sisters 40th birthday! No valet, no bell service. We had a baby in tow and no bag help. Nice restaurant was closed. Pub restaurant had the worse service I’ve ever experienced. Had to ask for a menu, water, silverware, drinks, waited forever for everything and food was horrible and terribly overpriced! $25 for a bean burger!!! Hot chocolate was Swiss Miss not real. Left a day early due to an emergency and they changed me 50% plus billed my atrocious dinner twice! Stay elsewhere… this place is very poorly managed!
I have to first give a shout out to Dana… he exemplifies what any service business would want in an employee. First , my son and I strolled down to check out the spa and he went out of his way to give us a tour, offering towels and coffee to us both. Additionally, my wife lost a gold hoop earring earlier that day. She went down to look and Dana thought he saw something and searched the trash and found her earring. Unreal guy and very sincere person. The front desk, Roost restaurant team also terrific. We will be back.
The bathroom is in atrocious state of disrepair. Paint is off of the door and pealing off the walls. The electricity is in need of repair. Lights blinking in bathroom. Bedroom needs painting. Table where TV is all chipped. Needs replacement. However, the common areas in the hotel are nice.
