The folks at this motel were excellent. From the arrival to departure they were so congenial. From the front desk, the housekeeping to the food service. The room was good and the bed was comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job day to day cleaning considering all the snow, rock salt and cinders tracked into the room. The breakfast was always...

Large, nice rooms. Not fancy or special, but very decent. The Keycards don't always work but everything else was fine. It is about 3 miles to Rutland and 4 or so to Pico so it isn't really at either but not too far of a drive

Great location for skiing and all the amenities of Rutland. Strange set-up for a hotel having several separate buildings away from the main lobby but it worked. Having a suite and a regular room connected worked great for two families spending time together. The fixtures and wall paper were dated but all was clean and operational. The free breakfast included...

Thank you for your review, Jeff! The two-bedroom, suite-style room is a great option for larger families who still want to be connected. I am glad that you enjoyed your stay and the breakfast selection. I hope you come and stay with us again soon!

All the workers I've met here are pleasant and helpful. I try to visit once a month for my wife to see her mother in a residential care facility. For the past two years this is the only place that I stay and I've never had a problem while staying here.

After checking in, we immediately experienced keycard access issues to our 1-bedroom suite. The first night 3 of the 4 keycards did not work! Even after getting the cards re-activated, the very next day, the cards were not working again. It is not like this is our first time using a keycard, so we know not to put these next...

Keycards can be troublesome for many. Sometimes it's user error, others it's the lock itself. If you do not receive a red or green light when swipping the key card it usually means that the lock itself is ready to stop working and needs to be replaced. We change them out alot, and sometimes they need to be cleaned as...

I was looking for a hotel with a pool/hot tub near Killington. I found this gem and was super excited! Great rates, friendly staff, super breakfast, great suite perfect for a family ski outing. My only disappointment comes down to their website. It is poor at communicating that you might have a five minute walk to the main building where...

I am so sorry that you felt our website was a bit deceptive. On the site is a virtual tour and photo of the property layout which clearly shows that we are not a typical box hotel, but more like a condo on 12 acres of land. Unfortunately, we cannot always control the verbage on the site - it is...

Smack in the middle (as close to it as possible) from Okemo and Killington, this is a great hotel if you're looking to have a ski weekend. Recently came here for a weekend in Killington and had the luxury of staying in a suite. The suite is huge! It comes with two queen beds and a pull out couch, but...

You hit the nail on the head! We really do try to exceed our guests expectations. Being the closest hotel in Rutland to the mountains makes us a great choice for everyones lodging needs. Stayed here for 6 months (April-August 2014) on a long term job assignment. Everything about my stay was excellent! Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond the call of duty in helping me mitigate the challenges of being away from home. My suite was spacious and nicely appointed. Weekly housekeeping was consistently excellent and the few maintenance issues...

I would like to start my review by giving so much credit from all of the employees that we encountered in your hotel. I stayed at your hotel in the first week of Jan '15 as a heads up. They were all really friendly and in my books went above and beyond their line of duties. That being said, I...

I stayed here for business, and found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, though slightly outdated. The only thing that was not super clean was the back of a little sign in the bathroom, and the cups were sitting on top of it so I didn't use them. However, key updates were done,...
