Certificate of Excellence
Built in 1793, the inn was originally the home of Colonel Joseph Marsh, Vermont's first lieutenant governor. Since that time, the historic residence has been expanded and carefully restored to maintain as much of the 19th century character and charm as possible, while adding modern conveniences like private baths, cable TV, and air conditioning for all of the guest rooms.

Thank you for your review. We are so pleased to know that you enjoyed your stay. Thank you for commenting on how delicious dinner was. We pride ourselves on preparing high-quality, locally sourced cuisine. We replace mattresses in the rooms often. We are in the process of replacing quite a few through the spring. Thank you for mentioning. We look forward to hosting you again.

I had been at The Quechee Inn 35 years ago, and finally had a chance to return with my husband. As I remembered, the inn was quaint, and had a delicious restaurant. It had not changed much since I had been there - it was still cozy, and a wonderful common room, and a friendly
