Located on scenic Route 100 in the heart of Vermont’s Green Mountains, the Amee Farm Lodge is relaxed country elegance at its best. The fully restored grand Vermont farmhouse features 15 deluxe guest rooms with wide-planked pine floors and comfortable beds with white, soft linens. The modern bathrooms have big granite showers with rain showerheads and updated fixtures. There are several spacious common areas, including an inviting wrap-around porch with Adirondack chairs for admiring the scenery and the resident farm animals. The property boasts 40 scenic acres complete with working farm, two ponds, hiking and biking trails, close to golf and skiing, and has magnificent views of the Vermont Green Mountain's from any corner of this Vermont estate. We are located 15 minutes away from Killington Ski Resort, and 10 minutes from the Green Mountain National Golf Course. In the warmer month we rent out road bikes, and we also run multi-day bike tours (in conjunction with our partner Great Bike Tours).

We had a great night's stay! Ray, the innkeeper, was gracious, welcoming, and accommodating. The chocolate chip cookies are fantastic! The lodge is beautiful and comfortable. We really enjoyed reading and relaxing in the morning over coffee. Thanks again Ray! Ann and PJ

I stayed here with some friends for a weekend of skiing at Killington- location was perfect, the inn is beautiful. Looks just like the photos you see online. Ray the innkeeper was SO great. Even if you stay with another group of people that you don’t know, you can still feel 100% private. There is always hot coffee freshly made too which is a PLUS!

Amee Farm is the top choice for any vacation rental property in Vermont. The property is perfect for weekend getaways, corporate retreats, family trips, or really any use you can think of. There is a tremendous event space that's suitable for parties or large dinners. We recently stayed at the property for a college reunion with 37 people, mostly couples. The accommodations were nicely appointed, super clean and picturesque. The entire stay was highlighted by the presence and diligent supervision of the innkeeper, Ray Morvan. I can go on for a while about the house, but I can go on forever about Ray. This guy is the absolute greatest. All 37 guests had personal interactions with Ray because he was so warm, inviting and helpful. He helped with set up, cleaning and was always available to assist with anything and everything one could ever need to ensure that the stay was comfortable. I recommend the property and Ray without question. What a tremendous experience overall - one that we will not soon forget. Ray is a gentleman of the highest order. We have already re-booked the property for another stay and plan on making this an annual event.
