Cliff Haven Farm B & B sits on 300 acres with stunning views of Lake Memphremagog. It has its own swimming pond, including a boat house with towels. A fawn ran by while my husband and I sat in Adirondack chairs at pond side. The decor of the B & B was tastefully done and the owner, Mim, was friendly,...

My husband, son and I stayed at Cliff Haven for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. Our room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Mim was a great hostess - caring and responsive but not invasive. The breakfasts were fantastic and included fruit, a main dish, a meat and a bread of some type. And of course, the maple...

This was my second visit to Cliff Haven and I loved it just as much as last time. The grounds and scenery are breathtakingly beautiful. The inside of the house is just as lovely. Mim is kind, caring, and friendly, in a gentle, unobtrusive way. And she is a superb cook! Once again upon getting out of my car, I...

This was our 2nd stop in Vermont. Mim is the perfect host. The B&B is homely and very cozy, the breakfasts are really filling & delicious, fresh juice & coffee and an arrangement of teas. The location is about 5 miles out of Newport but nice and quiet. Mim also makes her own maple syrup which we took home to...

We stayed at the inn with our 12 year old and 1 year old for one night over Christmas break visiting my husband's father. The house is beautiful, and nicely decorated making the experience warm and inviting. Mim had our room ready upon arrival, and even offered sleds to us when we saw the massive hill behind the house. Breakfast...

This is a fantastic Bed & Breakfast. We spent two and one-half weeks touring New England in early October, 2013. We stayed at six Bed & Breakfasts during that time and this one excelled over all others. Mim is a great cook and her hospitality makes a person feel right at home. We were so impressed with the spacious rooms...

I'll bet that this inn is the best kept secret in Vermont! We found Cliff Haven in the Bed and Breakfast.com tour book. Every October, we choose a B and B and stay with another couple to see the fall foliage. We have stayed at nearly 40 B and B's and I must say, this one is my favorite. The...

Thanks fellow trip advisors for pointing me to this B&B! It was beautiful, quiet, clean. We stayed in the blue room and it was exceptionally large...overlooking the foliage-covered hills out back. the bed was comfortable. Newport turned out to be prettier than we antipated and with the new development dowtown should be quite the destination point in a year or...
