Staff was incredibly hardworking and helpful throughout the weekend. We were attending a wedding and staff was accommodating to our big group. Room cleaning was available upon request which was greatly appreciated. Everyone was very friendly even tho they were very busy.
Your typical Courtyard. I stayed here twice over the past couple weeks and both times was upgraded to a suite. Reasonably appointed and clean. The hotel is in a commercial district with a shopping center across the street. While it is a suitable hotel, I prefer the inns around town.
Good location in town and close to college but rooms are in dire need of updating and cleaning. They really were not kept up nice and the cleaning left a lot to be desired. Lots of debris and trash (old plastic utensils, napkins) that I found when looking for something we lost under the bed. Pleasant staff.
Check in was seamless and the staff were courteous and friendly. Room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable, shower pressure was good, plenty of towels, nice and spacious. The hotel was very quiet. Breakfast ($$) was edible with Starbucks coffee. No problems at all.
I called the Marriott Middlebury on the morning of Jan 2 to see if they woukd allow an early check in do to an eme4gency and was told yes. I booked my reservation ton trip.com had my voucher and went to check in. Rebecca had no clue how to check me in and asked me for the wholesaler number. In addition although she advised i could have the early check in it wasnt honored. In also prepaid the one night and she lied and advised she needed my card for incidentals which I gave her she tried to charge me 2 times for 160 and finally charged one time for 120. Remeber i prepaid and whem we checked out Carly charged me 114.67 after i already prepaid. It gets worst i submitted a complaint with Marriott directly and spoke to the GM Malcom Rusty Harding who was just as rude as he staff. They did not apologize even when the multiple charges disrupted my account. Up to now no one has done the right thing and I will never stay at thsi property or recommend it to anyone.…
