We booked one of their smaller/ more basic rooms (Gillian) about 3 weeks in advance through Expedia (prepay) at a rate of $136.25 per night (includes taxes/ fees) for a 4 night long weekend in early May (low demand time). A day before arrival we received a nice email telling us they had upgraded us to a nicer room, and...

There are few choices for a top-end dinner in the Rutland area, Red Clover fortunately fits the need. We had dinner recently, very nice smaller dining rooms, with a farmhouse feel. The menu is limited, but fresh. Escargot, veal and duck made for a very good dinner, all three options just a little different than the norm. Chef does not...

While awesome as a bed and breakfast, the chef is the real star of this place. We've dined here now 7 or 8 times over the past 5 / 6 years and always, the meals are unbelievable. And I'm comparing this to places like NYC's Bobby Flay's Gatto, Balthazar, Hoboken's The Cuban, Jersey City's Batello, etc. Red Clover is as...

Perfect weekend getaway. We loved this little Inn. Super comfortable, clean rooms. Very friendly and professional staff, nothing was too much trouble. Brilliant restaurant with great food. We used the Inn as a base for 2 day ski weekend from New York. We will be back! Thank you Red Clover Inn & Restaurant!

We had a lovely dinner for a group of eight in the tavern. The service was good, the menu interesting, good wine & cocktails, great food. The room is Vermont rustic and attractive. We will return and we recommend the restaurant.

The Red Clover gets rave reviews and deserves many of them, but our visit was marred by some dropped balls and jarring notes. We left for the day to ski Killington, but found that our room wasn't made up AT ALL when we got back. When I asked at the desk, they said they'd bring up fresh towels, a bit...

VERY Clean and meticulously maintained B&B with so much more. The breakfast is so good and accommodating. I can't have Gluten or Dairy and they cooked for me every time. This B&B is also home to the BEST restaurant in the Killington/Rutland area. With that brings a nice bar, a gorgeous country great room and a great fireplace area to...

Sometimes in life, you just win! Staying here was one of those times and we've spent the last two days saying that over and over. Incredible food - I actually can't believe how good the meals and cocktails were!! lovely place, very friendly staff, and very reasonably priced. Stay here and eat at the restaurant!!! You're welcome.

The food and wine at the Red Clover are excellent and the service is exemplary. To enjoy the jazz while being delighted with gourmet food expertly presented is a pure joy. The outside grounds are lighted andI I saw a deer pass by the window gracefully walking in the snow. Items are featured on separate nights, Jazz is only on...

We spent a long weekend in the Red Clover Inn, and we were absolutely delighted by the professionalism and the courtesy of the service. The house is really nice and you can feel cosy in the guest lounge or in the living room which you can enjoy all day long. The breakfast is included in the price and was overall...
