Such a lovely comfortable place to be. Cozy, relaxing and filled with nostalgia. A very special place. After a day out and about this Inn was a welcome place to to unwind. And the breakfast was exceptional. We will definitely return another time. …I doubt there is another place that offers such graciousness and simple elegance as The SETH WARNER INN.

When you arrive at the Inn, you are greeted by a most gracious owner who provides an immaculate room and a delicious homemade breakfast. The grounds are beautifully designed and very inviting for exploration. Located near the center of Manchester, it is but a short drive to enjoy the sites and sounds of this vibrant town and other surrounding attractions.

Room Tip: There is easy parking at the Inn. You can walk to town, but part of the way lacks sidewalks.

This was our second stay at the Seth Warner Inn & definitely will not be our last! We discovered this inn approximately 8 years ago when vacationing in Vermont & it is still as wonderful as it was then. Stasia is an awesome innkeeper. We loved learning about the history of the inn. During these times of covid we appreciate even more the cleanliness of our lodging. Breakfast was a delicious 3 course meal, & after a yogurt, fruit & granola parfait followed by spinach & mushroom quiche & tasty thick toast, we asked to take the tasty banana muffins which we enjoyed late morning.

Stayed in Sept 2021. The home is clean, quaint and wonderfully furnished with colonial items. Home has lots of history to it as well. The hostess is the sweetest person and the breakfast were outstanding. Would highly recommend staying here.

Stayed in the Hester Warner room with a great view of the pond. Hostess was knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Everything went smoothly and we couldn't ask for a better experience. Will definitely stay here again if we return to the area

Pre-Thanksgiving so not too busy while we were there. My friend and I each had a very nice bedroom with bath. The breakfasts were excellent and weren't excessive in amounts of food. There is a lovely living room to hang out in, tea and coffee readily available. Sometimes we brought a bottle of wine with us. There's a TV in the corner which we watched one evening. The grounds look beautiful even this time of year!

This is a marvelous place to feel like you were the gentrified class in colonial times. Nicely furnished with both feminine and masculine items, it has a cozy commons room, and each bedroom is very nice. There is a beautiful garden out back with a brook running through it. Breakfasts are first rate. The proprietress is very friendly. The only drawback is that it is right on Route 7A, so the road noise would be an issue for someone who wanted to get away from city sounds.

We try to stay in a B&B when we travel. we enjoy the atmosphere in a B&B vs a hotel. There have been some not so good experiences but not the Seth Warner. The best we have stayed in. Decorated in early American, warm and comfortable. Sit on the porch over looking the pond and enjoy the afternoon. The breakfast was outstanding, so much that we just skipped lunch. The host is friendly and warm. The property is exceptionally clean and well maintained. Stasia and her rescue dog, Jessie, are attentive hosts and a joy to be with. Can't miss with the Seth Warner.

We stayed with Stasia for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Inn is relaxed, clean , very friendly , and the host Stasia an exceptional lady. She definitely has a flair for decorating and antiques. You feel welcome the moment you open the door. Each morning there is a delicious breakfast, great conversation and advice on where to go, where to eat , where to shop and take in the sites of Manchester. We will definitely return.

We visited the Inn for five nights. We were a group of nine folks who travel together just before Labor Day each year. We look for an inn with 5 or 6 rooms and always book the entire inn. Seth Warner has five rooms, each with a queen bed and each with its own bathroom in the room. The inn is a couple of miles south of the center of Manchester Vermont directly on route 7A. 7A is a busy street during the day, but quiets in the evenings and at night. Ample off street parking is available. The property has substantial lawns, many flowers and is generally very well kept. The owner/innkeeper is a very pleasant and lively person. She takes good care of her guests, provides local information (restaurants, sights, parks, etc.) and creates very nice breakfasts. Each room is similarly appointed. All are very clean. Most have at least two windows, and at least three have cross ventilation. Four rooms are on the second floor; one is on the first floor. Each has its own window air conditioner. The air conditioners have operation modes that include one in which the fan remains on and the condenser for the ac cycles on and off as needed. The sound remains nearly continuous, even crossing on/off with the ac, which makes for a comfortable background sound while sleeping. The beds are comfortable, but a bit high off the floor. We believe that a little stool is available to help getting into bed for folks who happen to be quite short. Fresh towels are provided and these are of a very good size and very absorbent. The rooms have at least one chair. Ours had a movable rack in the closet that could hold a suitcase. Windows have drapes and some also have shades. The windows were recently updated to double pane. There is a deck that looks out onto a small pond on the property. The pond is fed by a very small stream that flows through the yard. A blue heron frequented the little pond several times during our stay. Breakfasts are a high point. Breakfast is served from 8 to 9 each morning. Our group assembled at 8:30. Coffee is available starting at 7:00. The innkeeper is the chef. She is very attentive and pays attention. So, typically cream is available for the coffee, but a request for milk at the first breakfast resulted in the milk and the cream appearing each morning. Hot water is available for tea. Juice is provided and the type can very from day to day. Each breakfast is home cooked and in the five days we were there there was no repeat. The breakfasts had a nice quantity of food, but not so much that you were tempted to overeat. We thought that the quantity was just right. And after the main breakfast course, there always appeared some extra treat - e.g. hot from the oven muffins. All in all this is a very comfortable place to spend a few nights. The innkeeper is as interactive as you might like. She chatted with us during the latter part of each breakfast and also was available at other times to respond to questions. Our impression is that she is accommodating and will respond to any reasonable request. This inn is a great choice if you happen to be in the Manchester area. If in the area again, my wife an I will certainly stay again.
