From the second I pulled up to this place I new it wasn't gonna be pretty, but I didn't know it was going to be just full on horrendous! From its nasty smell of stale cigarette smoke to the black bath tub with 100 bugs living in it, makes you just want to sit back and think what a bad... More

This motel is not fit to sleep in. The rooms have a musty smell. The bathroom is disgusting. The drains do not work and there is a housefly infestation. Sleep in your car, go to state park to shower. This motel should be torn down.

After having a great day of mountain biking in the kingdom trails, we've had a rest in this economical hotel. It is well located near East Burke. The girl at the front desk was kind. Just entering it into our room gave us an idea of the age and the kind of maintenance of the place: an awful humidity smell... More

room 17. dirty carpet, dirty towels, dirty bath. Weird noise from the toilet. Noisy because of the roads near by. But very good Wi-Fi! that's the only positive point here! An other good point : near mountain bike trails.

We decided we wanted to stay another day in Kingdom Trails, and ended having to stay here, or in our car. It was quite expensive given the quality and location, but there aren't many alternatives, and the good places fill up quickly or are very expensive. First, the aircon is super loud. The beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. There... More

We made the mistake of trying to find a motel during peak leaf-peeping season in Vermont. When all the other motels were filled up, we went to the Lynburke. You could tell it had seen better days, so we thought it might be a reasonably priced stay. WRONG! They had one room left, a two-room suite for $148.00!! We took... More

We turned up to this place at dusk having not found anywhere to stay yet. The check in was really friendly with good recommendation of where to have dinner- just opposite the motel. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. Wifi worked well. Breakfast is help yourself to fruit, coffee and bagels and this was fine. Overall I was... More

I picked this place to stay during SOAR at Lyndon State College. I arrived with my son around 5pm to check in. The guy working the desk, I am assuming was the owner, was very nice. That was the only nice thing I can say about this place. I felt like I was staying at the Bates Motel. I am... More

bathroom so rusted and filthy with soap scum surrounding the tub interior, tattered curtains without even a hem in them that didn't cover the windows, old old old, TV just turned itself off, dust everywhere.... even the poor Covered Bridge out back had its day... I didn't know about homeless people but thought something was up with its customers. No... More

It's evident the board of health doesn't pass through Vermont to often. This place was a joke from the staff being unfriendly to squalor conditions. Stained rugs, bedding and linens, Came back to room Saturday night to discover that the room was never cleaned, beds not made and towels not replenished. It smelled like recent cigarette smoke even though it's... More
