Room was nice enough. No wifi, except in the Sports Center. Sports Center had a small gym, "spin room", and pool, as well as gender-specific saunas, but no hot tub. Fireplace and firewood provided, but no kindling, and the wood never caught, even after going through an entire fire starter. Kitchen was well-equipped, but was missing a spatula.

Location is good. Not sure if that alone justifies the $350 a night. This is basically airbnb run by Killington management. Don't expect your room to be serviced. You are staying at someone else's place, so milage may vary by unit. There are no restaurants or other services in the Pico base village after 8. So unless you get delivery,... More

My family and a family friend came to Killington for our annual ski trip. We left and despite the fact that there was no snow, a 3 hr. drive, and Christmas Eve, I arrived at Pico Resorts very excited for our ski trip. The hotel itself was fine, but we had a bit of trouble finding our hotel. So we... More

My husband, infant and I stayed at the Pico condominiums over a weekend this month and it was literally the worst hotel stay I have ever had and my husband echos that sentiment. We arrived to the condos late ~9pm-ish and the entrance and informational signs were very poorly lit. After driving around the lot for a bit we finally... More

I booked this hotel from an owner on Craigs List for New Years Eve week for me, my husband and middle school daughter. While I have always had good luck with Craigs List, this time was not the case. I was on the 2nd floor, in the D Building. While the location is great, at the base of Pico (which... More

We recently stayed in a condo that was owned by a friend of a friend. This made the process extremely easy. The condo was spacious and comfortable for a one bedroom condo. We stayed during the summer, however this location is ideal for skiing. The ski lifts are literally steps from the condos. The view of the mountain and ski... More

We booked the Pico Resort Hotel and after I read the terms and conditions decided to cancel. Not good, they constantly tried to book more money than required off my credit card before we even got there. In the conditions it stated that there was a level of money required that would not be returned back to you for 7... More

I called and asked for the mailing address to have a packed mailed to one of the guests staying there. I ended up calling three times and to be sure including once at the post office. I was sending it two day from California and I wanted to be sure it made it on time, I was told they would... More

Our 1 bedroom suite with kitchen was adequate but not special. Beds were not comfortable and the blankets and comforters looked like they needed a good washing. Housekeeping brought us clean towels each day but otherwise didn't seem to clean anything. Even though the resort was practically empty on the summer week we were there, we got a room facing... Just a concerned warning to anyone making reservations through Killington.com …..beware of the “bait and switch”. I have been staying up at Pico Resort and Condominiums for five consecutive years and am very familiar with the Killington area having spent a number of ski seasons there. Last year I had a sub-par experience, but this year was the worst. I... More
