This lodge is on the Killington access road. Its claim to fame is its St. Bernards, of which it always has two. Kids love them. The rooms are a bit spartan but more than adequate. There's a hot tub and saunas for apres-ski. The restaurant is okay, and the breakfasts (which are included in the room price) are great. Prices... More

We stayed at the Summit Lodge in early December for a wedding. What a wonderful venue! From the scenery to the fireplace, the resident Saint Bernard's, the good food, it just couldn't have been more perfect! The wedding guests must have filled all of the rooms. We arrived Friday evening, had a glass of wine in the bar then took... More

I have been staying at the Summit Lodge every winter for the past eleven years with my family and it has always been a great experience. My first trip was when I was eight years old, and it was a wonderful place to spend time with the family. It is very cozy in the lounge with the fire place and... More

Recently Spent the w/e at the Summit Lodge, Killington, with family and friends to enjoy a private Polish Christmas party. Our accommodations were GREAT!! The room was very clean and convenient to everything. Though we did not ski, we enjoyed the lounge and fireplace facilities, Christmas Tree display at the Lodge and then FABULOUS shopping at the Greenbriar. Our meals... More

We just returned from the Summit and can not say enough....We were luckily to arrive during a snow storm so the conditions for skiing were exceptional. Upon checking in you could just feel the warm atmosphere and the hospitality of the inn. Greeted by Rachel and Teddy is above and beyond the best!!!! The daily breakfast was outstanding. I never buy the same car twice. I am always looking for new hotels and restaurants. But....my family and I have come back to The Summit Lodge for 6 years running. This place is not elegant or luxurious, but it has a feel that luxury or money can't buy. The owner and staff are warm and welcoming and really want... More

One year ago while attending the ProJam event for PSIA East I stayed at "The Summit" in Killington. I was extremely impressed and decided to stay again this year for the same event. If you are looking for the real "feel" of a Vermont Resort, this is it. Not too big (45 rooms), great food, and a friendly, "Cheers" like... More

You can hear everything going on in the other rooms, early fall the outdoor hot-tub was full of leaves and looked like it wasn't used all summer. I was there in mid-Sept, so it seemed like it should be open. No information on good places to go so we had to drive a bit to get phone signal to yelp... More

We've been staying at the Summit Lodge now for 10 years. It's a home away from home... a place where you can walk around in your slippers and feel totally at ease, but be able to go down to the pub and order a burger and a beer. We are the type that stay at the Four Seasons and other... More
