Our family happened upon the Summit Lodge several years ago when a fellow skier told us we had to check out the hotel and luckily, we did. We have been regular Summit guest ever since! We often travel with our young kids and my in-laws. What we like! -GREAT customer service! Both the old and new ownership treats your like...

We just had our son and daughter-in-law's wedding ceremony and reception here. The owner and staff were wonderful to work with! Emmett, Bill, Sandy and Jason really made us feel welcome. They managed a 206 person guest list with ease and made everyone feel at home. The food was exceptional and we really recommend the pasta food station! The Summit...

I was on a group tour - check in was quick and painless. The rooms are dated, but the bed was very comfortable. The common areas are inviting. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Lovely bar, the entertainment the night we were there was outstanding. Dinner was good, breakfast was excellent - lots of choices and plenty of food.

The staff was friendly, rooms were modest but clean, breakfast bountiful and fresh... we enjoyed ourselves immensely. The swimming pool was a perfect compliment to a day of hiking and sight seeing. The layout is spacious but very cozy. Love the poolside bar.

We came up for a group function and had an amazing time. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is so friendly. We were really welcomed. Yes the rooms do need some updating but I am sure the new owners will work on that. Make sure you check out Jason the bartender he is pretty awesome! We will be back...

Attended a family wedding here and this was the perfect spot for all of us to stay. It was so much fun to be able to gather for breakfast (great food!) and around the pool at all hours of the day. The staff is wonderful, the grounds are lovely, and although the rooms are a bit dated the common rooms...

This unique/rustic mountain inn has been our meeting place to reunite with old friends every summer for the past 14 years, and we look forward to returning next year. Friendly staff, good food (blueberry pancakes/real maple syrup)and drink(Great Gazebo Bar). All the amenities one would need, though remember....it's rustic. We enjoy the relaxed atmosphere surrounded by Vermont forest and access...

I really wanted to like this hotel. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The physical setting is beautiful and there are nice common spaces. Breakfast is good. But the rooms really leave a lot to be desired. The room is small, with no place to sit and read. The bed is OK, but the pillows are like rocks so...

Couldn't wait to get back in Aug, we were here in Jun. Now can't wait to get back in Sep. This place is outstanding! New owner Emmet really knows how to be a host. Clean rooms, clean pools, clean everything. Jason & Sandy at the bar really know how to entertain. Again, this is the place to stay when you...

The Lodge is rustic but updated with comfortable large rooms and flat screen TV. It was raining during our visit so we could not take advantage of the outdoors and pool. However they did offer a fun cooking demo with maple syrup and music after dinner. The cocktail room is nice, food delicious. My only complaint is the several in...
