I was a guest here for 2 nights for a wedding on the property. It was so awesome. They had kayaks to use, smore & a bonfire pit, a little farm with goats and a pony. Plus the AT and Long Trail cut thru the grounds and there are great hikes and things close by. Close to Killington, a 2... More

My husband and I chose Mountain Meadows for a quick getaway! This isn't a typical "box" hotel - it's better. It's got character, charm, no pretentions. We will never forget our stay there. Our room was exactly what I would expect of a lodge converted from a dairy barn - it was rustic and comfortable. I can just imagine curling... More

I stayed with a group of ~20 for a ski trip weekend with colleagues. The accommodations were great value for the weekend and the food exceeded all expectations. We also so much appreciated Alex's care throughout the weekend - helping us make popcorn and smores and being a great bar tender! From the accommodations to the food, and most importantly... More

My son and his wife had a Vermont wedding at this property. The room I stayed in was located on the third floor (walkup) with a gorgeous view of the lake and mountains. This is a country inn with no electronics in the room which I feel made the stay more enjoyable. We had one minor issue of a lack... More

My family of 15 rented rooms at the Mountain Meadows Lodge in June. We had the most wonderful time and would highly recommend. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I would suggest getting a room overlooking the lake if available. The staff were kind and very accommodating. Hot tub, kayak, canoe, badminton, croquet, hammock, pool, foosball, ping pong, piano, guitar,... More

I was in the bridal party for my brother's wedding at Mountain Meadows... Needless to say it was the best weekend we could have ever asked for. Not only was the location picture perfect for our summer wedding/ family weekend but the innkeepers and staff(Bill, Alex, Matthew and Lauren) took wonderful care of our guests. Food was great, lots of... More

Beautiful views of the surrounding woods and lake, nice staff, and wonderfully quiet. Bill took great care of us! Also, the hot tub and sauna were a perfect end to a long day. Not a far drive from local restaurants and bars. All in all, a great experience!

A fantastic lodge type inn perfect for large family gatherings! We practically had the place to ourselves and enjoyed the common areas, ping pong and pool tables, piano, casual relaxed bar with fabulous service, swimming in the pond, relaxing on the outdoor furniture and singing around the campfire! So relaxing, so pleasant and the breakfast of homemade pancakes, fresh maple... More

We stayed at the Mountain Meadow Lodge this past weekend for a wedding. The place is very rustic, with a nice dining room and a fun game room. And the setting was fantastic! right on the AT, and a lake. And we had fun visiting the goats and the pony. Our room was clean, but a bit dingy and very... More

Some friends and I spend a 3-day weekend there. In the evening a roaring fire was always going, rooms were clean and meals excellent. The staff is very accommodating and outgoing. Look forward to going there again. Just next time I have to ask them to order snow for cross country skiing LOL. But there was plenty to do in... More
